Moon Club — Restaurant in Prague

I have never had such a horrible experience anywhere in any other club in Prague and I have been going to clubs for years. I wanted to inform you of the truly poor and disgusting experience I and my friends had at moon club last night. Firstly, I have been to moon club many times and I had great experiences, however, I have never had last night’s experience happen to me. I am addressing the security guard’s truly off-putting, arrogant, ill-mannered, rude and overall unpleasant behavior towards us - e.g. the aggression applied when checking the bags as well as us and grabbing us by the wrist to keep us steady (bare in mind he was a 2 meters guy, of strong build and approximately 100/110kgs, grabbing the wrist of those the size of 160,170 cm:) I fail to find that appropriate. He deemed appropriate to apply his hands aggressively on us, as if were going to enter the club not allowed, but we weren’t. What followed was showing a card with clearly stated birth date in order to enter, which was dismissed as were all of us and then after asking why that happened he proceeded to argue with us as we didn’t see his poor logical thinking. Just to be clear, all of us are 22 years old, and while arguing with us he kept insulting and patronizing us. To be specific he insulted me for not having Czech citizenship:). To end the experience, he kept arguing and was paid by other customers to let them enter without checking id nor bags. I am truly disappointed at such a poor treatment and disrespect since I used to like moon club very much. But after being grabbed like that, pushed and thrown out with aggression by a very conflicting individual with questionable morals and values, who works there as a security guard, I will not be recommending moon club and for sure not coming ever again. Think twice...

my experience in this club was the worst. I can't put into words what I experienced.. Yesterday I was in this club (the inside of the club is beautiful, the drinks are good, the music is excellent), but the security guards are absolutely unprofessional, disgusting, inhuman people.

These people shouldn't work with people!

I felt very bad in the club, I went downstairs to take my coat and leave the club, I opened my bag to find the coat number, but it wasn’t there (I forgot it behind the bar)

The security guard grabbed me by the hand very tightly! He started shouting at me and pulling me out of the club (this is actually a shock, it’s the first time I’ve seen something like this, for some guy to start raising his voice at me), he kicked me out the door and told me to wait an hour and a half until all the people left, then I could take my coat. I stood on the street for 1.5 hours in a dress!!!!!! I was very cold, I asked to go inside several times, showed a photo of my coat on my phone to prove that it was mine and to pick it up quickly, but 4 men, who were dressed warmly, stood looking at me and did not let me in. I went in again and asked to stand inside at the exit, since it was very cold outside, but the second guard again grabbed my hand and pulled me outside.

4 men! in warm clothes they looked arrogantly and contemptuously as I stood for 1.5 hours in a light dress on the street and was freezing.

How can you treat people like that, anything can happen in life, but being grown “men” treating girls like that is a shame!

This is the most disgusting security I have ever seen in my life. The club is cool, but these security guards spoil the entire impression of the club.

I really ask the club administration to talk with these “men” who are...

Don’t ever never go!!! The entire establishment is filled with gross individuals, the environment is extremely confrontational and it’s common for tourists and locals alike to be mistreated and taken advantage of. Tonight a group of my friends was thrown out of the club, I swear to god, without the shadow of a just cause. His money was taken and not returned. And on top of that all of us were dispensed with free insults, as in ‘you gypsies go home’. Again, addressed to all, boys and a girls calmly celebrating a birthday party. When we said to please let us be they answered that they don’t care and just like a black fascist gang the workers of the place went on following us in the street, far away from the club, so obviously attempting to istigate a physical fight by means of insults and stubbornly standing next to us in the hope of our reaction, which we did not grant. The people running this place, aside from being proudly racists, are also, in my estimation, motivated by violence - could see it clear as water how they got really itchy trying everything they could to sparkle a fight. Btw we have captured in video: the entire show is there, in the case that the administration decided to take their heads out of the sand and get interested in how that place...
