My heart is shattered 💔 I studied in Prague in 2018 and I loved the chain so much. Their bread was so tasty and sandwiches amazing, also decently priced. I was very amazed why wasnt this chain expanding to other european countries, because it was so simple, yet different and tasty. I was excited to come back to Prague and get a nostalgic taste again. To my surprise the place is nothing it used to be before. The bread looks cheap, small and straight out of a low quality shop. The meat is scarse and cheese is hard to find (see the picture of a tiny slice of meat and cheese). Price has also skyrocketed, for 2 sandwich menus, we paid approx 20 euros. I think that Bageterie Boulevard is one of the best fast food chains here in Prague, this visit proved it again. The food was fresh and tasted good. I ordered Švýcarska bageta in menu, the baguette itself was crunchy and full of meat and cheese, patatas were warm, crunchy on the outside, soft in the inside and drizzled with bunch of sauce. Ice tea great as usual. I was pleasantly surprised by the new look, it has really cozy and urban vibe/aesthetic. Cashier was friendly. But I don’t think I found a Wi-Fi connection there, so that’s a minus.

I usually like this place. And was ordering 20+ times. Yesterday took roast beef baguette and it was cold inside and cheese wasn't even melting. And I know that if they are not doing order in time they give you extra point on your bonus card. Yesterday 20 sec before the end of preparation they marked it as ready.and when I came they first STARTED packing the order before me and when I came they STARTED PREPARING my order but it was like around 2 min marked as ready. So I was like super disappointed. I think it's just a rush to make it in time trying not to give extra points and in this suffering...
