I stumbled upon Bread Gap accidentally while returning from a visit to Prague Castle. It's a fantastic little sandwich shop that's great if you're on a budget and need a quick bite. The sandwiches are prepared daily and there's a wonderful variety to choose from (including vegetarian options). I devoured my hummus and sundried tomato sandwich - it was delicious and super fresh! Jan kindly offered to store my bag with my laptop, he even has an informal number system because I am far from the first desperate person to show up in his cafe. My daughter and I were very pleased by the comforting and high quality Breakfast Sandwiches. We tried Ham/Cheddar, Beef/Mountain Cheese and Tomato/Mozzarella. We had little cinnamon/apple goodies and juice or Cava. Everything was pleasantly decorated and tasted like more. The service was amazingly friendly and personal.
