Prada Prague — Local services in Prague

Two of the stuff there were so rude ! A guy with brown hair and a blond lady ( her hair up to her shoulders) they treated us so bad , we were asking her about a price and she is ignoring us we have no idea why !! And i went to the employee with brown hair to tell him that she is ignoring us he didn’t listened to us and told us that for sure she was right and we were wrong! He kept saying bad words were my whole family felt bad and up to now we have no idea why he treated us that way !!! Check out the cameras for the place and watch it ! They shouldn’t work there .. i was planning to buy stuff and I couldn’t buy anything because of them ! They hurt our feelings 💔 Up to now I have no idea why they were so mean!! Maybe because we are Arabs ? But what is the problem with that!!! Sorry Prada but me , my family, friends and relatives will never buy...

The guy named Tomaš in the men’s department is the rudest person I’ve seen in my life...He had the guts to scream at me when I was trying to learn their policy on changing the shoes I bought...and also when I called later to talk to his manager, the men’s department manager Mr. Jakub said he will deal with the problem and let me know. I waited more than 3 months but he didn’t have the courtesy to call me back... The worst service ever...They have no idea how to treat Prada customers...I don’t remember that I got screamed at in another store in my life...

Today I came to Prada shop around 17:30 to buy a bag until the shop closes. The door was closed, I waited next to it. In a few minutes a group of other people came. Soon the door was open and they came in. The lady working in the shop said that I can’t come in because too many people are in the shop. When I told here that I came to the shop first, she just said that she is sorry. May be it’s a good idea to ask who is first if the door is opened only to a limited amount of people and there is no straight line in front of the door? Customer...
