I recently visited a brewery in Prague, and I have to say, the beer was absolutely fantastic. They serve some of the most delicious and flavorful beers I've ever tried, and the prices are very reasonable, making it a great spot for beer lovers.

However, the food left something to be desired. It was pretty average—nothing to write home about. It was a bit disappointing, especially considering how great the beer was.

One thing that stood out, and not in a good way, was the service. The staff was quite pushy, constantly hovering and making it clear they were expecting a tip. It felt a bit awkward and outdated, especially when they directly asked for a tip while paying. It’s not something I would expect in a modern dining experience and left a bit of a bad taste.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for the beer alone—it's that good. Just be prepared for some overbearing service and the uncomfortable...

Fantastic food, beer, service and price. Enjoyed the mix grill as a recommendation from the server and it was wonderful with honey mustard sauce. The beer was a classic Czech - crisp and delicious. Service was friendly with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Definitely recommend a visit if you are nearby.

Edit: came back for a second visit as was so impressed with the first. Had the beef cheeks braised in a dark beer. It was absolutely amazing. It took only a few minutes to arrive and was so tender.

I was also treated to a shot of slivovica - a strong, plum-based Czech spirit and it was delicious! Photos from second visit. Great, great place and definitely recommend to anyone visiting in Prague....

I was seeing the sights of the city with my two friend and we happened to enter this place. We loved it and the staff was ultra cool. We decided to come back there. The second time was yesterday and the third was today. We hated both of them. The second time, the bartender was acting really weird and it looked like we were not taken seriously. The third time, all the staff literally laughed at us, but I guess they didn't know we knew what they said. The bartender we had the first time was different and he was extremely funny and polite. The staff even asked us if we wanted another piwko. It was awesome. But today's visit left us in a...

Excellent experience. Good value for money. The beer was not too expensive. The food was not too expensive either. Ordered 3 beers. The numbers 11, 12 and 13. They were all very good. A nice range of flavour / character. Shared the beef tartare as a starter. It was delish! Served with bread fried in butter. Not the healthiest, but it tasted incredible. Ordered the beef goulash as a main. You can choose either bread or bread dumplings. I opted for the bread dumplings. They were fine. The beef goulash was rich and filling. Service was quick and efficient. You can pay cash or by card. Bathroom was clean.

We stumbled upon this place by chance while exploring Prague and were initially drawn in by the promise of local beer. The beer was so excellent that we decided to stay longer and try some of the food—and we’re so glad we did! I ordered the fried cheese, and my friend went for Svičková, a traditional Czech beef dish. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors that really hit the spot. The combination of great beer and amazing food made for a perfect evening. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to experience local Czech cuisine and drinks! But was asking for a tip.
