recently visited Kaferna Café in Prague and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. It’s a cozy spot with a great atmosphere, and I was impressed by both the quality of the coffee and the friendly service.
I ordered a flat white, and it was exactly how I like it, strong, hot, and full of flavor.
It had the perfect balance of espresso and milk, making it one of the best coffees I’ve had in Prague. Alongside my coffee, I asked for tap water with ice, and they brought it to me in a big glass cup, which was exactly what I needed. It’s always nice when a café doesn’t hesitate to provide something so simple yet appreciated.
The staff was incredibly friendly, speaking excellent English, and she had a genuine smile the entire time, which made me feel truly welcome. At one point, my phone signal went off, so I asked if they had Wi-Fi, and without hesitation, she provided it for me right away. That level of service and hospitality really stood out.
I thoroughly enjoyed my coffee and the relaxed atmosphere at Kaferna Café. Whether you’re looking for a great coffee, excellent service, or just a comfortable place to unwind, I highly recommend it and don’t forget to tip the staff as...

They have various cakes and coffee options with an okay selection. The service is decent, but a drawback for me is that they don't serve at tables; orders are placed at the bar. Another minor inconvenience is the lack of almost any mobile signal inside (very lovely old house with thick brick and stone walls), and the café doesn't compensate that with wireless WiFi. The staff is friendly, but it's a pity they don't serve at tables, especially for those sitting inside. Upon arrival, there were no customers inside, yet some tables had some crumbs from previous guests. The café's atmosphere is pleasant with nice music. And sitting outside in the yard seems enjoyable in good weather. The seating arrangement in the passage is creative, which I liked. It seems at first that the café only has outdoor seating in the yard. On a positive note, it's a...
Read moreNestled in the heart of Prague, this coffee shop has undeniable charm, particularly its beautiful backyard. The outdoor seating is stylish and inviting, offering a serene retreat from the bustling city streets. It’s the perfect spot to linger over a drink, with its well-thought-out decor and cozy ambiance.
However, while the setting impresses, the coffee itself is decidedly average. For a place that charges higher prices. The higher cost might be justified by the location and aesthetic.
The service, unfortunately, detracts from the experience. The waitstaff comes across as pushy, particularly when it comes to tipping. It feels more like an obligation than an option, which can...
