What a terrible terrible place and host! The kitchen doesn’t maintain food hygiene standards. ABSOLUTELY DON’T GO IF YOU ARE A VEGETARIAN. We ordered vegetarian food, were served a pasta with meat bits in it. When we asked the host to take the pasta away and not charge us for something we weren’t eating, he was very rude and threatened to call the police, and charge us double for it. When we told him we cannot eat meat, he was very unapologetic and said, “there are worse things that happen in life, I don’t consider this a problem.” To be very honest, I got the impression the manager was also racist but since he refrained from saying anything explicitly racist, I will not say anything more. We paid for everything and left without eating anything. Clearly, the food officers need to check the hygiene conditions in the kitchen, and the police needs to witness the ways in which restaurant managers are threatening...

TLDR: Terrible customer service with cold food.. Got cold soup, undercooked Pizza and had to seat at the restaurant while they clean it.

Arrived at 22:20- they didn’t let us know that they only make pizzas or that they are about to close soon. We ordered pizzas for our kids and soups for us while we continued to explore the menu. When we tried to order pasta at 22:30 - they told us it will take too much time and they want to close the kitchen. They have started to clean the place at 22:30- including collecting all chairs around. The food was not so good as well.. soup should be hot and not warm, mushrooms on the pizza should be dry and well cooked, and in general- we got no service. Food is passable. But when it comes to payment thats when the queer stuff comes. I asked for the bill, and the waiter came with the 'bill' amount ready on the POS machine! I told him I want the bill - we were going to pay in cash, and I have a right to view my itemised bill. He returned with the bill, staying right next to me while I checked it, how rude! My friend had ordered an aperol with ice, and he charged us for an aperol spritz. When I pointed this out, he simply replied that they have no way to account for aperol with ice, therefore charged us 119czk( equivalent to €5) for a simple aperol!
