Nice drinks, nice hookah, bad serving.

Cocktails are well-made. Really enjoyed it. Hookah was also great.

The service wasn’t. When we came in, we were told we only have 1 hour in the place. That’s okay. We were cool with that. We ordered hookah, and it did not come for more than 20mins. Drinks came in less than 5mins after our order. There was a bell button for hookah on our table, so we pressed it, because we wanted to know if our order was disregarded. The server did not come. After 5mins, we pressed again. After some time, the server came stomping in, with an angry face. He told us in an extremely aggressive tone: “Stop pressing the button. Do not make me disappointed. Hookahs are coming in order. (Pointing at other tables) That table, that table. Stop pressing the button. It is for when hookah does not work. We are very busy today. I am very disappointed”

Am I supposed to know how busy you are? You could’ve just told us that you are busy today when receiving our order.

Why not say you are sorry that the hookah is delayed, and it is coming up instead of showing such an attitude?

It would have been great if you explained what the buttons are for when we sat.

I guess there are some mistranslations, because the hookah server did not seem to speak English very well, but ‘disappointed’? That is the word that ‘I’ should use instead of you.

Interestingly, hookah came in a minute after the incident. What a coincidence.

My favorite Shisha place in Prague. It has more of a club feel. It's located in an underground cellar and has an industrial/graffiti style. It's the perfect place to go to when you want the rest of the world to fade away.

Price-wise: You only have to pay for the tobacco if you order the basic pipe at around 300 CZK. The drinks are a bit more expensive - though not outrageously so, due to it being right in the center of Prague. Most cocktails cost between 100 to 200 CZK. Definitely recommend: Especially to foreigners/tourists due to the good English skills of the staff.

Additionally it has premium tobacco and an unlimited selection of flavors. The hookah pipes are some of the best in the world. This is one the few places where I feel I'm underpaying. It's amazing how good it is for the very good price. That's why I always tip well here.

The service here is fast due to a call button system on every table. And there is also a Special Shisha Service Button - to change the coals.

So, whether you're a hookah connoisseur or you just like to go once in a while. It's a place you definitely won't...

Our first visit to this shisha lounge in Prague was actually quite enjoyable, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, our second experience was a major letdown.

The service was mediocre, with staff seeming uninterested and inattentive. We had to wait too long for our orders, and even when we got them, it felt like minimal effort was put into ensuring a good experience.

The biggest disappointment was the shisha. After having a good experience the first time, we expected consistency, but this time, it was poorly prepared and far from enjoyable.

The drinks didn’t help the situation either—unbalanced, overly sweet, and simply not worth the wait or the price. The long preparation time made things even more frustrating.

Overall, it felt like we were paying for an experience that wasn’t being delivered. It’s disappointing to see such a drop in quality, and after this visit, I doubt we’ll be...
