Honestly, I was really disappointed especially after all the hyped reviews. The reservations are not respected, whoever comes at anytime is served a club. I reserved the second earliest time and was there on time thinking there would be only one group ahead of myself and my partner that I brought along, but that was not the case as a lot of people were ahead of us. We have not waited that long since the mini golf courts were so simple and not challenging at all that it won't take you more than 4-5 tries to complete each level even as a beginner (it was my FIRST TIME playing mini golf EVER), except for the 10th or the 11th level, which was hard. The last level, the 18th, is such a scam where you have only one shot to hit the target, if you either make it or not, the ball would still fall in a hole, so it should probably be advertised as a 17 holes game. We finished everything in like 35min. It's not worth the 179 CZK we paid, each (it's discounted because we're students). Not to mention most courts had these lines in-between blocks where the balls get stuck sometimes. On the other side, it's not bad to at least try the place to judge by yourself and to see if you are into mini golf or not. The place was really hot but it had nice glowing lights. There were a lot of noisy children probably from a school trip. We were there at 14:15 during a weekday. You have to pay for most games there (pinball, air hockey,...) except for ping pong and few board games. The ping pong table is nice but it's left in a walkthrough spot where you would have to stop your game every now and then to let people pass through. There was also a billiard table but I didn't ask so I'm not sure if it's...
Read moreSo, this was an unexpected gem in Prague.
Now I'm not afraid to admit that on occasion I'm probe to enjoying a drunken game of minigolf.
There, I said it.
The wife and I decided that we should give this a try as it sounded like fun. Which, it was.
So finding the place was easy. It looked a little "urban" as we approached and it is housed inside a building that looks a little "distressed"
However, this is one of those situations where, if you drop your expectations and realise what you are paying and what you are doing, it changes everything.
So, honestly, it's a bit tacky, the inside is a little rough around the edges, but honestly, its really great and has a 1980's youth club vibe.
Now I'm 47, I remember such things, but my wife being a 34 year old Australian had no idea what I meant but she loved it too.
The girl behind the counter was lovely, could not be more helpful and before long I had a can of lager in one hand and a putter in the other.
Fun, silly, loud and obviously not one for the kids. The drinks were cheap, in bottles and cans, so not watered down and very good value for money.
There other stuff in there too, air hockey, foosball, a few classic pinball machines and more.
Great vibe, excellent value and just plain fun.
We spent a couple of hours there, drank far too much and staggered off into the...
Read moreMy partner and I really enjoyed our time here. It’s a quirky spot with a discreet location, adding to its charm. We arrived early, and a few people were already there. The hole numbers are a bit sporadic, which can be slightly confusing, but each hole is themed around something unique to Prague—whether it’s a famous location, local culture, or artistic design. The creative paintings and decorations made it a fun and visually interesting experience.
For the price, it’s great value—around £10.50 per person, which included two free drinks each. However, some of the holes could use a bit of improvement, as the ball would often roll out of play too easily.
One downside was the group of kids who arrived after us, disrupting the experience by running across different holes, interrupting games, and playing multiple rounds on the same hole. While this isn’t the venue’s fault, it did take away from the enjoyment.
Aside from mini-golf, the venue also has quirky board games around, perfect for taking a break and having some extra fun. Overall, a cool place to visit if...
