By far the worst shopping experience i have had.
After making my purchase of 4 items(two of which were gift sets, containing 3 items each), I asked for two more smaller shopping bags, since their paper bags were so thin and I was worried that they might rip during the walk back to my hotel, and i could use the extra bags, as my purchases were gifts for my family back home.
The cashier pointed agressively at the items bought, split open the double-bagged items and angrily exclaimed "WHY!"
As I was explaining that I was worried that the bags may rip and was ready to pay for the extra bags, she rolled her eyes and angrily proceeded to separate the doubled-bags. Both of them were a bit ripped, but she didn't care. She slammed down 2 smaller shopping bags in front of me, motioned in a "do it yourself" kind of way to use the two small bags and put them inside the ripped larger bag. Then, she crossed her arms and rolled her eyes at me.
I was quite surprised at this time. Nevertheless, I separated my purchases into the two smaller bags and left.
To no surprise, the bag did rip during the walk back to the hotel. My presents were scratched and one of the shampoo caps were broken.
Although furious, I knew that my chances of getting a decent customer service at this store were slim. So I simply walked back, smiled at the cashier, and asked for her name.
She answered "Kristina" with a big smirk and waved me away.

Read moreSuper bad customer services. I made a purchase at 5.56pm. Due to the wrong purchase therefore I would like to do an exchange by adding more purchases. I purposely went back to the shop and I reached 6.45pm. The moment I step in to ask for an exchange, the staff named Kristiva said we are not allowed to exchange, and we are closing at 7pm. The process for exchange will take up to 15minutes therefore we can't do the exchange. And we can't do the exchange due to the tax refund as today is the 1st day we change the system from planet to global blue, and we are not familiar with the system.
These 2 reasons are so ridiculous! Manufaktura management, please send your staff for training before they are on the ground as they are not familiar with the company system. And the shop operating hours is until 7pm. I reach at 6.45pm why your staff can give the reason not to serve me? If so, kindly mention the last call for the shop is 6.45pm, just like what restaurant always does.

Read moreI am so disappointed at Manufactura. I purchased Anti wrinkle lifting cream. At first, all these products were displayed without real product inside the box. Only something like crystal plastic material was put inside the box. I asked clerk where I can check the cream and she said she will input real product inside the box upon purchase and this plastic is for prevention of any theft. Then I bought 2 creams and thought received real product. However, when I got back home, I found out that the clerk put sample tester instead of the actual product for one of two creams. It doesnt make sense that they were confused. I suspect that they did on purpose. You can judge from the photos (Real one VS sample tester). I wasted money for this cream eventually.
