Frightening lack of customer orientation ☠️

The atmosphere of the bar is wonderful. But, apparently, it pays off so well that the owners no longer care about anything else.

Several waiters came to our table over the evening, which suggests there's no table assignment among them. I asked the waiter who took my order if we could be moved to the main hall, where all the most interesting things were happening, if any seats opened up. While we waited a long time for our cocktails, two tables in the main hall freed up and were occupied again. When I asked the waiter if any tables we couldn’t see had opened up, he replied “no,” and added that the tables in front of us being freed and then taken again was due to the large crowd, making it impossible to keep track of everything. Incidentally, the hall where we were sitting was extremely hot.

They don’t remember which table to bring which cocktails to (and I’m not talking about the people at the table but about which table should receive the cocktails).

During the two hours we spent at the bar, there were no special shows, although none were promised. Perhaps it’s my personal expectations for Halloween.

In conclusion, I should note the soundtrack, apparently a sponsor of the Halloween night. It was music that MTV used to play in the 2000s, having nothing in common with the holiday atmosphere, Halloween, or anything remotely close to horror.

The total lack of customer orientation here, however, dominates more than the atmosphere of horror. For a venue in the center of Prague with high prices, this is unacceptable.

Go there if you like physical assault, being dragged around and they pretend to strangle you. Also go there if you wish for your clothes to be ruined by fake blood. At a time they pushed me and my girlfriend on the floor pushed a real motorised chainsaw to our backs. My girlfriend started to hyperventilate and I yelled for them to stop. Several times. But they continued to push us around. At this time my girlfriend was crying and still hyperventilating. No one could be in doubt about that it was serious. It was only when I yelled that we didn't want our money back, I just wanted them to stop, that one of the actors actually did. He took me by the hand and tried to follow us outside, but the other actor continued to harass my girlfriend. When we got out my girlfriend ran outside and one of the employees shouted to me that I should manage that. I got my girlfriend calmed but the actor who wouldn't stop followed her up the stairs and yelled at her. At this time I once again asked him to stop. It was like he liked it. Afterwards no one made sure any of us were okay. Our clothes were ruined by fake blood that won't come of. And in the maze we were touched inappropriate places.

No one asked us beforehand if we had any conditions that could inflict the game, such as heart conditions or pregnancy. Neither were we warned about anything beforehand. This could actually be...

We purchased 4 vouchers for the hardcore experience and booked for today. When we arrived, they told us that we had booked the normal experience. We checked the email, and that wasn’t the case. They then told us we had to either consider other options or reschedule for another day. When we asked for a refund, they said they could arrange 3 hardcore experiences and 1 normal. One of us decided to ask for a refund anyway, and the rest of us went ahead with the hardcore experience. They let us in almost at the same time (even though the experience was supposed to be one person at a time), and I personally stopped after less than ten minutes. My two friends finished the whole thing, but even so, their experience lasted only about 20 minutes.

We asked for an explanation since it was supposed to last 45 minutes, and they told us they had actually adjusted the experience to fit all three of us in (something we never asked for) — and that they never informed us about it. They also said they “intensified” things (especially for me) to make us finish sooner, and apologized.

We didn’t see anything of the house except one room (my friends saw two), during which we were basically tortured (my nipple is still bleeding) and my head still hurts because they slapped me around ten times.
