I am writing this review with the sincere hope that the company can learn and improve from my experience. My engagement with the tour started on a disappointing note when I was unable to join the initial tour due to a minor delay on my part. Despite being willing to catch up with the group, the company offered little flexibility, denying me the opportunity to join the ongoing tour.

However, the major concern I had was the insufficient communication within the company. The second guide, whom I met to collect my tickets, was entirely unaware of the situation. Even after a conversation with the company, she made an unprofessional comment about not giving tickets to random people on the street, reflecting a lack of internal coordination.

What was truly unsettling was her suggestion that she would withhold our tickets if we gave the company a negative review. This threatened our rights as consumers to share our honest experiences, and created a coercive environment that I believe is not conducive to growth or improvement.

My primary suggestions for the company would be to work on their internal communication and their customer service approach. Clients’ time is precious, especially during travel, and I felt like this company failed to respect that by not providing a timely and efficient resolution to the issues I encountered. It’s my earnest hope that the company takes these criticisms constructively, for the benefit of future customers.

Update: The tour started at 11:00 and we arrived the meet up point at 11:20 and contacted directly the customer service from the website we booked at 11:30 after realising how wrong it was, the website we booked the tour contacted fun in Prague immediately, so YOU ARE LYING by saying that we contacted you after one hour and a half!! We have all the messages as evidence and phone call evidence, watch your words. This is not the world you can make up nonsense anymore. :) We were waiting patiently with your rude guide who wants to ignore us from the first place, after she finally talked with everyone, she asked us who we are, and we asked ONE further question about the tram ticket, she said she can only give us the entrance tickets, we said thank you and left. Didn’t disturbing anyone! It is such a shame that your guide bring rude and calling us rude! We will not take such accusations, if necessary we will take on necessary legal actions. Such company like yours should be closed down so many times already :) Good luck scamming other customers! Czech...

We’ve booked a “tour” to laser tag. First of all, we got change of time. We got it changed twice. secondly, I t’s not a direct service for 50€ per person. It’s huge overpay but at least we got a transfer and a guide. Transfer was ok for us as we didn’t know where the laser tag is located. But it was a regular laser tag at Holeshovice. Basically, we could take a taxi. In result, we couldn’t even have some drinks we had to go with this transfer back. So, we let the transfer go and headed to the city centre ourselves. We had no pauses between games. The transfer was very rude and swore a lot (in Russian). The driver looked like more some gangster. And the guide, he didn’t know anything we asked about in this laser tag. So, he is absolutely useless. So, organization is very bad and it’s not worth if the payment we did. We did the Medieval castle and brewery tour with dinner and show at the tavern in Dětenice. This was really a great experience with the castle tour, beer brewery, medieval tavern dinner and show. Tour guide was very informative and did an excellent tour. The beer tasting was really good. For myself and my husband, the best part was the dinner and medieval show at the tavern.
