To Whom It May Concern, I’m writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment, primarily due to the behavior of one of your waiters named Filip. I usually do not take the time to write complaints, but the experience was so unpleasant and frankly unacceptable that I feel it is important to bring it to your attention in full detail. From the moment we were seated, Filip displayed an attitude that was, at best, uninterested and at worst, blatantly rude. He approached our table without any sort of greeting—no smile, no “hello,” not even eye contact. Instead, he stood there silently with a look of annoyance, as if we were inconveniencing him just by being there. When we began to ask questions about the menu, he sighed audibly and responded in a tone that was sarcastic and condescending. It was clear that he had no patience or desire to assist us in any way. When we placed our order, he interrupted us multiple times, didn’t write anything down, and seemed to be rushing us through the process even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. It felt like he had something better to do than attend to the basic responsibilities of his job. Sure enough, when our food arrived, it was wrong. Two out of four orders were incorrect—not just slightly, but entirely different dishes. When we politely pointed out the mistake, Filip rolled his eyes and responded with, “That’s what you said,” as if we were lying or confused. He didn’t apologize. He didn’t offer to fix it. He simply walked away. We waited another 20 minutes before he returned—without the corrected dishes. At that point, we had to flag down another member of the staff just to get the issue addressed. While the other staff member was helpful and kind, Filip returned later and set the correct plates down on the table with a heavy hand, not saying a word, not even making eye contact. It felt intentional, like a message that he resented having to correct his mistake. Throughout the rest of the meal, Filip was completely absent. We had no drink refills, no check-in to see how the food was, and no clearing of plates. We felt ignored and disrespected the entire time. Even when it came time for the bill, we had to go up to the counter to ask for it. When Filip finally brought it to our table, he tossed it down without a word and walked away before we had a chance to speak. What truly made the experience worse was the complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. At no point did Filip offer a smile, a “thank you,” or any kind of acknowledgment that we were customers deserving of respect. His demeanor was cold, impatient, and indifferent, and it created a hostile, uncomfortable environment. Dining out should be a pleasant experience, but Filip’s behavior completely ruined our evening. It honestly felt like we were being treated like a burden rather than paying guests. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but there is a difference between being tired or stressed and being consistently rude and disrespectful to people who are simply trying to enjoy a meal. Filip’s attitude went beyond poor service—it was dismissive, unpleasant, and frankly unprofessional. I sincerely hope this isn’t the kind of service your restaurant is known for. I would strongly encourage management to reevaluate Filip’s role as a front-facing member of your staff. If this is the standard he is allowed to uphold, I fear that other guests may leave with the same bitter impression that we did. I am not writing this out of spite, but out of genuine concern for the level of customer service being provided at your establishment. People come to dine not just for food, but for hospitality—and on that front, Filip failed entirely. Thank you for taking the time to read this message. Absolutely shocked with the service here

Arrived tonight for a meal where the entire table was vegan Everyone ordered a vegan dish and we had vegan starters to share

When the food arrived we discovered that 50% of the food was meat, we were very disappointed with this as we've been vegans for years and to be placed in a position where we've now had meat because of a intake made by this restaurant. Given we have not eaten meat in years and one of us it pregnant we are now going to see if there will be any digestive side affects we are likely to experience

However the mistake was made worse by the way the staff have dealt with the situation

The initial reaction was don't worry we'll replace it, she's new and is still learning - this is nt an acceptable response There was no remorse shown for the mistake. Many places would be highly apologetic of this not make an excuse

Meals were replaced and to be fair were delicious

We were offered a free dessert.... ps there is only 1 option that is suitable for vegans so we opted for a discount instead

However when the bill arrived there was no discount When raised all the above points the man mentioned how did you not know it was chicken by looking at it, before eating it. Again mortified by this comment, we tend to trust restaurants delivering what we have ordered He said he wasn't able to do anything in terms of the bill however When we asked for the owners details to raise a complaint he went off to add a 10% discount

Personally think this is unacceptable, not because a mistake was made but how they...

This Asian inspired fusion restaurant in the centre will blow your tastebuds! We loved the interior (all in red tones and loved the art behind the bar) and the staff is absolutely charming.

We let the lovely owner Natali select the food for us and she nailed every single bite: Appetisers 🐟Salmon and Avocado Tartare Delicate but with character with the right balance of spicy and loved the texture, definitely start with this one! 🦆Summer Rolls with Duck Crunchy, fresh, tangy peanut sauce and bite, fantastic! 🥩Beef Tataki with Wakame Personal favourite from the appetisers, the ponzu sauce elevated all the flavours, you will want more. Mains 🦐Tiger Prawns with Ginger, Garlic and Lemongrass Perfectly cooked and served with their heads (it’s the best part), the salad was sublime, we need the recipe of the dressing! 🐷Stir-fried Five Spice Pork Belly Love a good seasoned pork belly: crunchy, flavourful, and loved the colour of the presentation 🥩✨Special Entrecôte With fries and sesame sauce. Reminded us of another famous entrecôte and was perfect. For us, winner of the evening!

We must mention their drinks too: no worries if you’re “dry-januarying”, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions are available and we definitely encourage you to try: 🥭Public Chilli Mango and chilli.
