Shrimii Kitchen — Restaurant in Prague

Just to clarify I have not eaten here so this review is purely going off first impression on customer service. My husband and I caught public transport to this place walked in, there were a few free tables left. As one of the workers saw us she came up to us, and the first thing she just said was “ we are fully booked” and walked away. I just thought it was simply Very rude, she didn’t bother to even greet us properly with a hello, we didnt have a booking but she didn’t ask us if we did either she straight away just rejected us from sitting down, can you imagine we actually did have a booking yet she failed to ask or greet us ? Also what if we had further questions regarding their next available booking slot or if there was a wait time/cancellation list. She just bluntly rejected us as we walked in and I found that very rude service. Dining in your restaurant or walking in as potential customers we should still get treated the same. I am someone who is very big on service and manners and I really hope in future this doesn’t happen to future walk ins and they get a normal...

I visited this restaurant for a weekday lunch and ordered from the lunch menu for 225 CZK, which I found to be a fair price. The meal was tasty, though the portion was quite small and I was still hungry when I was leaving. What disappointed me, however, was the service around drinks. I asked for tap water (just plain water, no lemon), and wasn’t informed that I’d be charged for it. Since the dish was spicy, I asked for another glass, only to later find the water added to my bill. On top of that, the waiter directly asked me for a tip, and when I declined (explaining that charging for water was already discouraging) he was rude and insistent. I dont get the 5 star recommemdations. We we're upset because we went to that Restaurant because of the 5 Stars. We got chicken (I think karage) befor the main course and it was not propper cooked and fried so it was nearly raw. We jad such chicken in other restaurants and it was totally different. Sorry to say that but my maincourse was also not good so I really became sad because all the dishes are not quiet cheep! For a higher kitchen its also not typical and relaxing that there were loud Ipad sounds of a child-tv-series.
