Sněmovna v Jakubský — Restaurant in Prague

As i saw in some other reviews, it took some time until they noticed us, aprox 10min, and then it was long waiting for the food, i think it was about 40min. I don't mind to wait, as long the food is good, and it was, not really hot but okay. Tables were about 80% filled, with 3 experienced waiters this should go smooth, but i just noticed they didn't work very efficient. Our waitress was the best i believe, friendly. If i could i would give 3,5 stars but i give them the benefit of the doubt, also because i had 2 free vouchers for beer from ramada hotel, so i made it 4:) dishes are nice, not big, but if you have time i...

We chose to eat here because our first night in Prague we wanted to eat traditional Czech and this restaurant was the answer to that calling. Good quality food and we also liked the atmosphere. It is behind a very busy place in Prague a very short walk outside Palladium mall and Old Town Square but gets quite and serene all of a sudden around this restaurant. We ordered their Goulash soup with Garlic dip, Czech style Larded beef rump, Czech style fried chicken and Roasted duck with Rosemary and Apples they turned out to be well cooked and served. First, this place is very cute, looks adorable, it's in a center location. The stuff is friendly and inviting, and the sitting places are comfortable. The food was good, not excellent. The service was alright. BUT!!! The most important thing that happened is that the waiter didn't gave us all the change after we gave him a large amount of money!! We had to "remind" him that he forgot to return us another amount.. after that he went to the cashier to get the money, and yet, he didn't gave the exact amount he had to gave...
