Before coming to Prague I thought that only some criminals in the streets try to scam tourists. It extends beyond that and even restaurants and workers try to extract most from tourists

1. prices are really high for Prague compared to portion size and what you get
2. when paying we felt pressured to give tips. Which created in me more aversion not to give any tips. Food prices were already expensive so we were not planning to leave any tips..but waiter asked couple times if we want to leave tips and seemed to be unsatisfied when I said no and with rude voice asked if something is wrong that we do not leave tips (when as far as I know tipping is optional and not mandatory). So offputting to also have written on receipt that tips are not included...😖 I would really reccomend to remove that tips are not included from receipt; very few places in the world have tips included in prices so its self-explanatory that they are not included. Another advice is also train the staff not to demand tourist tips...

location and interior is nice, food comes as in pictures. Also many people around smoked electronic cigarettes, simple cigarettes and weed.

Dont know why place has 4.5 review maybe majority is fake 🫣 I would give 4 for interior, food representation, central location.. but due to the rest high prices, feeling like a scam victim due to pressured tipping I think it does not represent...

Right at the entrance, we were met by very kindly hostess and manager. They politely asked us where we prefer to sit and accommodate us to the table. We were immediately served a compliment from the establishment - fresh bread with olive oil and roasted peanuts.

While we were enjoying the gorgeous atmosphere and light music, the waiter brought us the order. We ordered: pizza calzone, green salad with tomatoes and French fries. All of them were so tasty and good quality cooked. I was pleasantly surprised that the pizza contains unusual products such as porcini mushrooms. Also, I tried an amazing fresh mint tea. The prices for that treasure are not so high, especially considering that the restaurant is located in the city center, however, the prices for drinks unpleasantly surprised me.

As I said in the beginning, hostess and manager greeted us in a friendly manner, also I can say the best words about the service inside. Couple of waiters tried to make our eating as comfortable as possible. Also, they asked us our opinion, concerning the meal and atmosphere, if they can make it better. This is a huge plus. I can also highlight the establishment's special feature, the menu on iPads.

In conclusion, I can state that it a very interesting place must have to visit, no matter if u are a tourist or not. If u looking for good meal, calm and cozy atmosphere - this is...

I ordered linguini with mushroom sauce and beef carpaccio, the pasta was dry and cold, and there were maybe 2 mushrooms in the whole thing, not to mention there was no sauce at all. My GF had ravioli, which was hard and really really bland. We then called the waiter and filed a polite complaint, to which the waiter said that this is how ravioli is supposed to be, so I told him that the food is worth maybe 150 CZK, certainly not 350 CZK, he just scoffed and replied “You can’t get anything under 200 CZK even in KFC” (which btw is not true at all) and then just left without saying anything…This made us angry, so we asked for the manager, who did act professionally and apologized. The waiter, though, came back with a new dish, and we said we’re no longer interested to which he said he’s not interested in what we have to say and acted really rude and demanded we pay the full price for everything (we of course didn’t). We told him his behavior is unprofessional, and he had the audacity to respond with “no, you are unprofessional”. Extremely bad customer service and the food was sub-par at best, even the Negroni was bad l. Avoid this place...
