The owner is Rasist! In the kitchen no-one wear a hat and gloves. In our dish there was some fur and when we ask politely to change the dish, chef/owner was very angry and the waiter almost said that we put it there, because the cookers wear just t-shirts and there could not be black fur. As non of us was wearing black it was very insulting for us. Also the chef when was going outside were wearing tha black jacket, from where this fur could come. We ask politely to bring new dish, but the chef refused it and said that we should pay 50% for this dish. As we find the fur before we started to eat and didn't touch the main part of the dish we didn't accept this. We asked to check in cameras what happened but they didn't do it. Also they didn't want to make new dish for us (we wanted it, because we were very hungry). So we decided to pay for the rest of the meals and left. But owner was talking about us in the kitchen (we heard that, because we were seating in front of the kitchen and also they could see what we were doing) in there local language and when I asked what about he was talking one of the costumer said that he was talking about us, that we had to go back to where we came from and so on. This was very insulting attitude towards the customer so we left this place. Hope non of the tourists will enter in this place and the chef/owner will learn to respect the customers. P.S. waiter was...
Read moreMixed feelings about the restaurant. We had a very unpleasant situation with the waitress in this restaurant. One day we visited this restaurant and it was all Perfect. The second day, we were very tired because of walking all day. We didn't notice the sign 'please wait to be seated'. I know we did a mistake, but the way this woman (Tiny, short, blond hair) confronted us is not acceptable. She started streaming and shouting because of this. I immediately apologised her. Despite of this, She was continuing her behaviour and was screaming more and more. The other customers were looking at her as well. We decided to not to order beer or food and left the restaurant. Such a shame, because the day before we were very happy with the service. This woman should not be working in...
Read moreIt's very noisy asking of tips from staff. If your salary is based on tips, notify before serving. In this case people will evaluate you from beginning (by the way to serve drinks is not too much 'tipable') and will be much more prepared to evaluate your service. By the way tips are not your "self-evaluation" of your service, but evaluation from someone other who maybe had experience of much more better service than you had given. So don't insist that you have done a perfect job to receive tips (even just for drinks, which you just bring for client). Tips are not mandatory and to push the client with bad manners to have it, is not professional...
