Worst client customer service ever.

I was passing by this shop on Sunday the 12th of June, around 6.45pm.

The shop is amazing, you just want to order everything…. Unfortunately, it didn’t go as planned.

I asked for 100 grams of cheese and I got 250 grams. I was like yeah fine, we will eat it. I then ordered salami, just few slice to have a nice drink with my wife with ham and mortadella. So I asked 6 of each. She clearly understood what I was saying and then I saw her cutting salami until a certain amount of grams….which is 50 grams according to her in a rude way….I have not seen any single sign of minimum buying neither she told me at the very beginning….Obviously, I didn’t continue with the ham and mortadella.

To top it all, while paying, I told her that there is a nicer way to say that. She then replied to me “I’m sorry, I don’t speak English” while we did the whole process in English. Joke.

At least the food is great. Having a robot for customer service would have been way better and...

Vždycky rada chodím do této prodejny ale se všechno dnes změnilo kdy nová mladá prodavačka se zeptala mě jestli mám vybráno,já jsem ji řekla ano,a ona zboží namarkovala. Pak jsem se rozhodla vzít 15 deka salámu,na což prodavačka začala vzdychát a dělat u toho ksichty.Bylo mi řečeno že měla jsem se rozhodnout dřív než začne markovat.Takže z prodejny jsem odešla BEZ salamu. Asi bude chyba vedoucího,měl bych ten personal trochu priškolit, než...

Výborné produkty. Bohužel tento pátek se mi stalo počtvrté to, že jeden sýr (minule i šunka, crudo) chyběl (ačkoliv na účtence je). Pochopil bych, že to tam jednou zapomenou dát, ale takto pravidelně? Obsluze jsem to před nějakou dobou říkal. Nyní jsem tam byl po delší době a opět to samé, doma zjistím, že sýr chybí. No, už budu chodit na pobočku na Václavském náměstí, tam tato tradice snad zavedena...
