Steampunk Prague — Restaurant in Prague

I had a very unpleasant and shocking experience with the security staff at this place. I was standing calmly near the entrance and spoke to the security guard in English, very politely, simply asking a question. For some reason, he suddenly started responding in Czech in a rude and dismissive way.

When he realized that I also understand Czech and can speak Ukrainian/Russian, his attitude changed even more — he made an offensive comment about my nationality and then pushed me without any reason.

I did not behave aggressively or disrespectfully — I only tried to communicate normally. Such behavior from a security guard is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in the center of Prague.

No one deserves to be treated this way. I truly hope the management reviews this situation seriously and takes appropriate action, because incidents like this can ruin the reputation of the...

Ordered x2 Mojito.3 member of staff behind bar. The guy that made them shouldn't be allowed to make cocktails. The menu said Havana Rum he used Bacardi... didn't taste any alcohol or lime. Just minty water, brown sugar and crushed ice! When paying it was 398czk gave 1000czk and was given 600czk change without us offering him to round up! Music was bad. Only nice thing was girl who opened door for us on way into venue! Maybe we got bad member of bar staff out of the 3 that was there. We were welcomed in off the street as a stags group. The place was dead and empty at around 7pm (this seems to be a, thing in Prague).

Staff had great energy we did spin the whe few times getting Slap shot, sperm shot and Spartan shot. They did a good job keeping the atmosphere up, but they're not BAR staff, they can't make drinks, they don't measure anything and everything tasted weird.
