The place was so dark,so warm/hot, so packed. Top this off with a lazy air headed employee.

After waiting for a good 17 minutes, we were forced to stop a waitress (who kept ignoring us) to get something ordered.

We told her we were going to make our order, and she said "yeah you can order," and was about to leave. This was awkward because she must have realized that she kept ignoring us for at least 17 minutes, and all she told us was "yes, you can order" and was about to leave. She even gave us a look that we're dumb tourists, to our dismay.

She was a blonde on the heavy set girl. She worked with Maya (who saved us from our nightmare).

We asked the blonde girl for a ketchup because the ketchup and mustard condiments she gave us were totally empty. Why give us an empty container? Are we that stupid? After asking her for a ketchup, she looked at us with an attitude and walked away. She then started socializing at the other staff by the cashier section, completely and utterly forgetting that we asked her for a non-empty ketchup. After stopping her again for 7 minutes later, she gave us an attitude again and took her time, giving us a non-empty ketchup. By this time, our burgers were almost done.

To make matters worse, she DID NOT even ask us what we wanted to drink. In fact, we had no drinks because she was full of attitude and had 100% lack attention to customer needs.

When we wanted to checkout, Maya came to help us because this useless blonde waitress was very hard to get. Maya was more experienced and understood what customers need.

I will never come here again. It was a desperate attempt on our part to come here. We thought our positove Irish experience in Dublin would be reflected in this "Irish" establishment. Which of course it did not.

The burgers, chicken wings, potato leek soups, were all too salty.

We wish we had drinks served, but with repeated ignore from the blonde useless waitress, we were forced to...

Had a bad customer service experience here last week, had a look at the menu and decided on a sausage sandwich, waitress with glasses came over and I showed her what I wanted but she said it wasn't available after 2pm, so I asked her to ask the chef but she got angry so I gave up, at this stage my tea arrived from another waitress, so I looked at the menu again and noticed they do all day breakfast and bacon sandwich all day, so I was thinking surely there would be sausages on the go for a sandwich, so I asked another waitress and she came back and said no problem, unfortunately when it was ready the waitress with the glasses brought it over and practically threw it at me because I got the better of her, I forgot to get milk for my tea and asked her for some, so she went over to the till and marked it up, 5 minutes went by no milk, 10 minutes still none, eventually got another waitress to get me some. Finished up and got the bill ,the waitress with the glasses charged me 55kc for a splash of milk I never got from her, Manager was all apologetic which I appreciated and gave me the 55kc back. Poor experience, ruined my hour there, This was...

Me and 2 of friends visiting on NYE. One particular staff member named Simon was extremely rasict. During our time in the bar, he approached us many time and without any reason dropped racist comments and asked us to leave. However, we left at around 2.30. outside the bar he approached us out of nowhere and said these exact words "Are you the dirty indian?" After which he pepper sprayed me without any reason and ran off in a Bolt taxi. Extreme abuse of power unwarranted. Bless the 2 lovely waitresses who also work here (witnesses who agreed to testify), they were buying me water and milk bottles after bottles for me to wash it and calm the burning down. Ambulance was called and I was charge €300. Unfortunately my flight was early in the morning and I couldn't formally report it to the police but police were called to the scene. However, I have report this incident to several authorities including EUROPEAN UNION and British Embassy and will get investigated. This is very bad for the place specifically when all other staff members were very nice and pleasant but 1 rotten idiot is...

Disgusting and disgraceful place. The manager ben is rude and arrogant of highest order, so are the waitresses. The start shouting on customers. Also, they would serve drink at their own whims and fancies. We asked them to serve us a drink and water, waiter told he is already serving someone so would serve when free. He then did not come to us at the counter and never served us another round of drink or took order. Also, it took them 1 hr to order first drink because he voluntarily dint take our order considering us from India. Foreigners and typically Indians to beware of unfair treatment at this place. The individual you can see in green shirt in my pic is the manager Ben and who is a racist of highest order. Would never do back or recommend someone to go to this pub. Disgraceful and disgusting atmosphere.

Great atmosphere. Great beer. Fantastic pub food ..... But... Terrible cider. Don't get me wrong - come here, it is brilliant, just don't drink the tasteless Magners. Come on guys, there must be some awesome Irish cider out there? Anyway... The beers are really really good. This is pub food, not local stuff. You went local, go elsewhere (not a slant on this place at all, it is what it is) The nachos are amazing, top tip, unless you are veggie, get the beef chilli topping, honestly, to die for. We also had the chips and mountain of onion rings (they are very generous) We struggled to finish! Combined with the excellent setting and atmosphere and great music. You have to go here! Tucked away downstairs in a small courtyard, well worth hunting it out. (Just don't drink the cider ha ha) Really good bar.

I can only describe my stop at the Dubliner with 5 words: Friendly Loud Crowded Sweaty AWESOME!! It doesn’t get much better than the Dubliner. I love Prague and this bar. The server was fantastic considering the amount of people packed into the space. My beer was never empty. The music was great and the band kept the entire crowd engaged and constantly singing along. Half of the crowd were highly intoxicated and highly entertaining British soccer fans, decked out in their favorite team’s jerseys and hats, letting the rest of the world know why they are best fans and party people in the world. Needless to say, the Dubliner is a can’t miss. stop on your visit to Prague. I guarantee you, you will not be disappointed!
