Visited in August 2024. We had the 4 course menu. I was already quite disappointed on arrival to find out that this menu had changed compared to what we saw online when booking, the online menu wasn't yet updated and this information couldn't be found anywhere. The savoury food was good, especially the beef in betel leaves but the main poussin dish was hard to eat because of the bones. The dessert wasn't particularly good. The cocktails were interesting and tasty, but the Vietnamese coffee was simply barista coffee made with Vietnamese beans, rather than the nice Vietnamese drip-style coffee. Service was fine, quite standard, except the pace of the meal was rather slow. It took about 30 minutes from sitting down to the first dish and 2 hours in total for the meal. Overall, this was a fine enough place to visit, but I had been looking forwards to my visit and I was a bit disappointed that my expectations weren't matched. For this price, there are many other more interesting restaurants in Copenhagen, and there are also other better places for Vietnamese food,...

Perfect for a delicious meal before the theatre or cinema, the food is great and the service warm and attentive. We shared a meal of starters, having the kingfish ceviche, dumplings and spring rolls x 2, papaya prawn salad and green rice octopus. All starters were of a size that two could share so we really only needed one x spring rolls/dumplings. The serving staff also helped us choose nice wines by the glass to complement what we had chosen. The ceviche was the highlight ... thinly sliced flakes of fish, slivers of chilli and garlic, fresh coriander and chives and a delicate fish sauce, atop a drizzle of sesame oil which took away any sharpness. Yum! The octopus also deserves a mention ... tender octopus rings in a crust of green rice with a tangy salt and pepper dipping sauce. When we complimented our waiter 'Son' he said the idea behind all the dishes on the menu was to achieve a kind of flow, with one dish complementing another and a wine list with a large selection of wines by the glass, able to complement each as well. We will...

We visited on Friday August 1st - group of 6 adults for lunch. Authentic Vietnamese flavors in a fusion with selected Fanish ingredients. Clean, elegant and elevated flavor profile. The vegetarian spring rolls are probably some of the best I ever tasted - you definitely don’t miss the meat. Nice simple wine card with perfect match to the icon spices and fresh herbs. Nice terrace surrounded but eatable plants and fruits, orangeri and a minimalistic restaurant. Service is immaculate - you get to taste wine by the glass first, so you know you made the right choice. We will be back.

It did not seem possible that this restaurant had a 4.9 average with 65 reviews. Just... No way, I thought. We went there, had the four course prefix menu and it was unquestionably 5 stars. There should be a 5 star plus option. The food was amazing. Everything balanced, fresh and skillfully put together. The server was so good, gentle, attentive and clearly passionate about the food, experience and the restaurant. I would go back again and again if possible. The experience given the price was magical.
