very disappointed if this place and their attitude towards customers. I ordered a grilled beef couvette and instead i got a very dry and hard steak covered on a brown sauce, i told the waiter and after some minutes she brought me something similar . i said that the meat didnt looked grilled and she said it was done on an oven as they “dont have anywhere to grill” i quote the menu where the beef stated “grilled” and after a while she came back saying Grill is a french term that means “baked in the oven” so the plate is correct. She pushed me to choose another dish instead but i was not sure if maybe the other dishes were not as described in the menu. If you run out of meat , the grill gets broken or you suddenly changed the menu , be honest and say it . Inventing the grill is a word in french and putting it on me is just not professional. we would have left if we know grilled meat was not on the menu, but instead i got stuck hungry and waiting for the other members of my party finish as we had to pay for these dishes . I didnt even got an apology. This is our 5th time on this restaurant and we know for sure you have a grill …as we had ordered the same dish in the past . can not be...

This place has 3 stars too many for being the worst experience (dining & otherwise) we had while being in Copenhagen. Staff is incredibly slow and rude for the amount of people they were serving and proved to be particularly clumsy. The dishes were dirty and gross to the point that I couldn't touch the jam due to it being served in a filthy saucer, the glasses were also dirty and so was the cutlery. The granola on top of the 20e breakfast was stale and the French butter was two days past the expiration date. When we reported it, the waitress said 'Thank you' which left us blindsided but in the end they chose not to charge us for the coffee. Last but not least, the only reason we chose the place were many empty window booths overseeing the square but we were taken in the back and hidden behind a wall so all we could see was waiters passing by and...

We found this to be an exceptionally overpriced meal-1225 kr (for a family of four with 2 alcohol drinks total). The service was painfully slow, the only benefit being we had more than ample time to people watch as we were seated outside. We had four different servers, the chicken was dry and very bony, (imagine the turkey from National Lampoons Christmas) My husband’s “medium rare” steak was medium well, good flavor but overdone - pity to ruin such a fine piece of animal. The dessert was completely forgotten by the restaurant but after three requests it was produced, interestingly the check was produced immediately, including a prompt for a tip.
