The sushi is honestly mediocre at best and here's why:
the way rice is handled is subpar. The chef uses too much water on their hands to keep the rice from sticking but ends up making the nigirizushi's rice too wet.
Too much force is used in the pressing technique, making the nigiri too compact, thus affecting the texture of the bite.
Due to the extra moisture, the nori leaves in Maki-sushi's are chewy.
the freshness of the fish leaves more to be desired. It doesn't have the 'sweetness' of a fresh fish. It has a slight 'ocean' taste due to it not being the freshest.
for 40€ a dish, you would expect at least real Wasabi, but they're using dyed mustard-based paste that's made from mixing water with powder similar to what you'll find in cheap sushi buffets.
The presentation of the 'wasabi' is terrible. It's a ball that looks like it's made from play-dough.
Conclusion: it is a cozy restaurant with prices that do not match the quality. Aside from the bottom of the totem pole -tier...

Vegan sushi/salad has 0 to nothing protein. They offer avacado salad (0 protein) and and vegan sushi set has 2 tiny pieces of tofu. Where is protein? It is very sad.
