Food was decent. However, the service here was terrible. The waitress with a tattoo on her right arm was extremely rude and made racist remarks against us. We found worms in one of our dishes and approached the waitress to ask for a change of the dish. Instead of kindly responding to us, she took the plate away and said, “I thought that Japanese people like worms”. This is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. We then requested for a change of the dish which took a long time to serve and adding on to that, she told us not to blame her or the chefs on the finding of the worms in the dish as “usually there are worms in the mushroom”. This is absolutely unhygienic, and the restaurant should be responsible for this mistake instead of trying to push the blame to others. Apart from that, she used vulgarities on us and showed impatience when ordering as we were unable to pronounce the dishes accurately in French (since we were tourists). I am giving a one star because of the food but if I could, I would rate 0 stars because this customer service is unacceptable and uncalled for. The other waiters and waitresses there were nice, but due to this incident, I doubt I will be visiting or recommending others to visit...
Read moreWe have been visiting Le Boccalatte for around 10 years. It is a total family favourite of ours. The menu is classic French Alpine done to a really high level but also with super quick easy service. The waiting staff are fab with quick efficient service ( they always give our daughters a great welcome and spoilt them with some thing extra when we leave!)
It has delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere 😊 and in the summer perfect views of Mt Blanc on the terrace. Thank you so much to the incredible team that operate such a wonderful restaurant, there is a reason there is always a queue to get in!
Tonight we had the BBQ of three meats and as well as the fun of self self service and it was delicious. A real family join in type of meal and accompanied by their always spectacular house red wine.
Thank you for making our holidays so special
As always we...

From what I could tell, a few regulars or locals were in and conversing with the server (who may have been the owner). Seeing so many locals there definitely inspired confidence, and the...
