Reply: Boris, I am sorry but you are the liar here. You are showing the same ugly attitude you did in the shop. You were the one who gave me a choice of tables when I came in, so no, there could not have been only one table free and I had no problem with that table. That was a ridiculous lie since you have a video and can see that there. It means the rest of your ‘evidence’ from the video are also lies. Your ‘video’ would show I was always polite and friendly with the waitress and other waiter who checked on the food for me. If they say different - what can I say, employees learn from their boss. Second big lie: I never yelled at you. You brought the food and asked if I still had a problem. Your attitude showed that you were ready to take the food away. Your waitress knew your ugly temper and tried to pull you away from the table. That was too much for me and I decided to leave. You were not gracious and hospitable, you were offensive and aggressive. ————————— I have come here in the past with my French husband. This time I came with my kids and the treatment was so different and horrific. After keeping us waiting for an hour during which other groups came and were served (we didn’t even get the basket of bread they were giving everyone else) when I asked what was up they responded with hostility and insinuated that I should leave if I am not happy. Since I didn’t respond with a happy smile the owner/manager took away the food that had just arrived - and I had two children with me! A shameful person.

This owner's altitude shocked me.

When customers shared their experience in this restaurant, the owner started to strike back, and even judge customers' dressing, instead of listening to the opinion. This is really ridiculous. BTW, if a person don’t understand dressing, please do not say something which will show his/her ignorance.

The picture from one customer showed the fact: meet is even hard to cut. It is not about medium cook, alright? Can we say medium meat is difficult to chew or to cut?

From the pic, there are still some meets, fries, bread, salad. The owner wanted to find out the truth. He/she said the customers completely finish the plate. I am wondering what is the definition of complete.

As we know, this restaurant serves different weight beef option. It is definitely not the right and polite way to tell two persons to order mini 1.3KG more, but not tell them that the restaurant has actually lighter option. The owner still didnt explain why they did not tell the truth that they had another lighter beef, oppositely, they started to judge the customer and lied to say the food was finished. Unbelievable.

Even the food is not good, but I think people would not like to waste food. They can choose to eat it, even it is torture progress. If the customers refused to pay the bill, the owner might say something, but if not I dont understand why the owner start to strike back with his/her words.

I had traveled all over the world, I had tried so many restaurants. The only thing I know is: When the food is good, people will say good, when the food is not satisfied, a good restaurant might at least listen to the customer in right way, try to understand why, instead of lying, instead of being rude, instead of striking back with offensive language , instead of considering the customer is rude, instead of judging others. Very...

NOT GOOD FOR THIS PRICE!!! I've been to more than a dozen countries and countless restaurants. The meat is hard to cut off and chew even in medium rare. The waiter told us we have to order 1.3kg at least cause we have no choice but they had another choices, 1.1kg, after we finished dinner. The only explanation from the waiter for us is that he doesn’t know!

Thank for the reply! I have to say more because of the rude reply of the owner with personal attacks. I'm just referring to an objective fact. If you can use the time to improve cook skills, I believe you won't get more bad reviews! As a restaurant with only one dish at dinner that cann't doing well, it’s shame for you!!!

1, Good meat is a basic standard of the steak, but make a awful steak like this is not the beaf's problem, it's your problem. By the way, do you know how old are the cattle? Maybe you have the average price in Paris, the quality of your steak is below the average obviously. 2, The beef that I can't cut off with the knife, you said it is tenderness. Maybe you have the mistake of tenderness. 3, I am eating out of respect for dead animal. And I can't finsh the meal even I don't want to waste food. The respect for food is the basic spirit of a restaurant. Don’t you know? I feel sorry of all the beaf in your resturant I can show you more pictures of the left over...
