A Slice of Italy in Paris: Amorino Gelato

Amorino Gelato is a delightful stop in the heart of Paris for those with a sweet tooth. Its selection of flavors is vast and the quality of ingredients is evident. However, despite its charm, it feels somewhat overrated.

The ambiance is endearing, offering a pleasant, cosy, and authentically Italian atmosphere. It's a joyful spot, decorated with pastel tones that transport you to a sunny day on the streets of Italy.

Blatant misleading of customers and then rude sniggering at a customer is what I experienced, and it's not good enough. I wouldn't have minded the false advertising if the staff member...

We visited Amorino in Paris hoping for a treat, but the experience left much to be desired. We waited in line for 40 minutes just to get our gelato. The place was extremely crowded, chaotic, and poorly managed. It felt more like queuing for a concert than ordering dessert.

To be fair, the ice cream itself was delicious and succulent—rich in flavor and beautifully presented—but no scoop of gelato is worth that kind of wait in such an overwhelming environment. Definitely not the relaxing Parisian indulgence we were expecting.

Amorino needs to seriously rethink how it handles customer flow. Great product, terrible experience. Won’t be...
