I was here today 09/04/2022 with my brother, we sat at 2 high chairs near the counter. My brother’s phone got stolen inside the store. When we reported it to the lady who was at the counter and asked if we could get some help reviewing the cctv camera so we could report it to the police, first of she wasn’t surprise that it happened to us, it could either be she saw it happening or it happens a lot in the store. Anyway, about the cctv she said she cannot do something about it because her boss is away for vacation. Staff not very helpful at all. About the experience, we oftenly go to Amorino but first time on this branch, the lady mentioned above just slapped ice cream on our cup when we went to other branches it was in this beautiful flower shaped ice cream, she was even annoyed when we asked if we could have 3 flavors, we ordered partager (9,90€). Very bad...

The ice cream hear is great, there is plenty to choose from, flavours of ice cream as well as sorbet smoothies. The shop has a pleasant interior, albeit small; in good weather the front and side of the shop open out to the street with additional seating at the front. There are a mix of generations use the shop giving it an feel of establishment within the community. The major downside to the shop is the attitude of the staff who have poor manners, sullen with an air of entitlement. I have shopped there twice, the server got a simlle order wrong; instead of simply apologising, she defended herself stating that my wife gave the wrong order.
