We didn’t really feel welcome and felt like they were mostly making fun of us and being rude. First we thought it is because of the English due to some history and that would be understandable and respected. But there were plenty of people speaking english at the time and they were treated just about right except for us. We craved some really good pasta (we got it). But when we asked the waitress what kind of pasta do they serve, we were told that they make chicken alfredo only for children but they will consider us children so we can have it (was told to us very superficially). I did not really find this comment appropriate as we are two grown adults able to make our own choices and if it belongs on the menu then what is the problem? We almost got laughed at. In a while family sat down next to us and asked for pasta as well and they were offered by another waitress multiple options, ordered the same as us and everything was smooth, while we hardly ordered one with babbling around. There was a few more comments from the waitress that threw me a bit off but this is just about enough. We have travelled to thousands of countries for food and never had a service act...
Read moreI am deeply shocked and profoundly appalled by the treatment I endured at Cucina Eat. I had anticipated an enjoyable dining experience with my family, but what unfolded was nothing short of distressing. When I innocently inquired about beverages to accompany our meals, the manager not only informed me that no drinks were available, but then outrageously raised his voice, accusing me of being unreasonable in my expectations.
What was more alarming was the complete disregard for decorum and respect. The manager swore and made threats towards me, and this in front of my entire family, including my 8-month-old daughter in my arms. The entire scene played out before the eyes of a visibly stunned clientele. Such a blatant display of unprofessionalism and hostility is wholly unacceptable and has no place in any establishment, let alone one that serves families.
I urge potential diners to reconsider before giving their patronage to Cucina Eat. No one deserves to be treated with such disdain...
Read moreIt was the worst restaurant service experience of my life. Firstly, we waited for 30 minutes for a table, even though there were vacant tables available. When we saw others sitting down, we decided to do the same after asking the waiter for permission. Next, we waited for about 15 minutes for the menu, but the staff simply ignored us. During this time, another table that arrived at the same time as us received their food. Finally, when they brought us just one menu for two people, we started ordering, but in the middle of our order, the waiter abruptly decided to attend to another table. I have never encountered such a rude attitude anywhere! We didn't even get the chance to try the food. I would not recommend this...
