L'Express Bar — Restaurant in Paris

Bad vibes from the bartender. On December 27 around 6pm. We took a seat and waited a long time to be greeted. It was not crowded at all. We were not given a menu or have our drink order taken. Bartender turned his back to us and kept pouring drinks and chatting with his friends at the bar for about ten minutes and did not acknowledge us there.

For a business right in the center of the major hotel area, having a bad attitude towards customers is a poor look. The menu looks great from Google Photos but maybe the employees are a bit racist towards non whites. Not sure what else could have caused this sour...

I am not quite sure about this place - maybe we were there on a wrong day. The entrée was okay. I ordered my Entrecôte medium rare and it was almost english in the middle. French fries were very good and crispy and my tiramisu tasted great. The waiter was friendly and helpful, but forgot our order and seemed sometimes a little bit unattentive. The prices were reasonable. All in all 3.5 - rounded...

Ambiance chaleureuse genre série noire et des répliques à la Audiard très animée un mélange comme rarement vu ds les bistrots entre artistes peintres des Cadres de la finance dès ouvriers le bar est gay freindly le patron typique français avec des bons et des mauvais jours une forte gueule très adorable, le personnel top moi j’ai eu affaire à Malo Pelé un délice de bonhomme un côté Timothy Chalamet accessible😂, concernant la cuisine des spécialités françaises et basques comme les fromages et le pacharan a des prix très attractifs, également bien desservi par les transports et métro plus une terrasse sympa allez...
