Restaurant @ Le Metropolitan — Restaurant in Paris

Second time today in this restaurant,second time horrible incompetent and forgetful service,long waiting time. But today on top of it the waiter was inexcusably rude. Pass your way. Food is not out of the ordinary to close eyes to a bad attitude.Train better your staff,my advice to the management.

(The answer to the owner,who wants to turn the situation) Is ordered and forgotten to be sent to kitchen order a part of your experience too? Because this what was my first experience and the answer from your staff after 45 min wait for the main dishes,so I never got served my food and went straight to dessert since kitchen was closing. First and foremost, I would like say this is my first time in Paris and also in France. Being a Marriott lifetime status member, I will forever support the brand and this opinion is 100% unbiased. The Metropolitan restaurant offered the best cuisine by Hoskusai and this is was an unforgettable experience ! Vanusa our waitress, was fantastic! She made the necessary recommendations to accompany my wife’s meals and I followed suit! She did not steer us wrong and in the end, we had the most fantastic meal since being in Paris. Came here with my boss and colleagues during the fashion week in Paris. The atmosphere was nice and elegant. The food was fine. However, the service, especially considering the level of this place, was terrible. Not only was there only one waiter that was physically unable to tend to all of the tables but organization was just horrible. We had to wait a very long time to get our food (it was 5 of us, not 20!!) but also to get our check. At one point, we were so desperate that one of our colleagues went to the cash desk, got the POS and brought it over himself to our table to pay! It was ridiculous.
