I want to make a more precise review on the restaurant. The restaurant isn’t bad but the service of the guy in front is bad and to be precise he is the one wearing vest. Just the only one. We got rejected rudely from the guy a few days ago. His manner was rude and arrogant that we make a review. Then the next day we went to have dinner opposite Moom mam (not at Moom mam of coz - who would want to go back after such an experience?) however when we walked passed the restaurant, the guy came out and shouted at us and complained that we gave his restaurant bad review and we were the one being rude to him as when we saw him we didn’t greet him. Are you serious?? First of all, I think it’s the other way round, when customer step in to your restaurant, you are the one who should have greet us. We have been to many restaurants range from street food stall to 3 star Michelin restaurant, they all greet us first when they saw us. Secondly, we actually say Hi to the front lady. When we informed him that, he said that greeting was for her but when you see me, you have to greet me!!! Then he demanded to know where we graduated and didn’t they teach you manner to greet him? Seriously!!! What an attitude? He works in a restaurant which obviously have to be polite and good manner. And for god sake, his station is in the front! However it may be because he is an owner so he demand everyone who step into his restaurant to give him greeting. We don’t know. We did ask him whether he is a manager or an owner - he refused to answer, but he do act like his own the place! If he isn’t an owner, and the owner read this review, i hope the owner do teach him about the attitude he should posses in working in...
Read moreWe were thoroughly impressed by the restaurant. From the exceptionally attentive service, which was always concerned about our well-being, to the culinary creations that sent our taste buds on a journey - every facet of this gastronomic experience was outstanding.
The variety and quality of the dishes left nothing to be desired. Every bite was a feast for the senses and the presentation of the food deserves special mention. It was clear that the cooking here is done with passion and care.
In addition to the excellent food and excellent service, we would like to make a comment about card payment. Unfortunately we had difficulties with the card payment, we then had to find an ATM, which wasn't that easy, and then pay in cash, which was an unusual situation for us. In the past we have never encountered such problems with our cards. Despite this small mishap, we would like to emphasize that this in no way spoils the overall impression.
Overall, our visit to this restaurant was an unforgettable experience and we recommend it. We hope that the card payment issue was an exception and we look forward to returning soon for...
Read moreCame for dinner on a rainy day. The restaurant was relatively full but several tables were free and it was fairly late. Once we said that we didn't have a reservation the maitre told us that they were full that night. While we were standing at the entrance some customers left so even more tables were available. Then we went somewhere else, literally across the street, and we found a less pretentious, more convenient and definitely better serviced Asian food alternative. While eating across the street, we saw several tables still empty. It was a pity, as we have lived for a long time in Thailand and we were excited by the reviews. But after checking it out and especially after experiencing the lack of service mind and the pretentiousness of the whole concept, we are glad that we were not even served. I suggest to avoid altogether, there are many other better, cheaper, more authentic Thai food...
