Starbucks — Restaurant in Paris

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. The drink options are very few to even start with, they don't even offer the basic drinks that are written on the menu like Cold brew let alone seasonal drinks. On top of it, the drinks that they DO make are HORRIBLE. Everytime I have purchased an iced coffee (café glacé in french) it is Luke Warm they add like 3 ice cubes max and you have to keep requesting to add more. The staff is nice but Incompetent. The baristas don't really know what they are doing.

I got a caramel machiato with 3 pumps vanilla but all they did was give me hot milk with espresso shots in it and caramel drizzled on top??? It wasn't sweet. Zero pumps of caramel. It is insane how it feels like I am at some random tobacco shop asking for a coffee and not at Starbucks.

They shouldn't even call this branch Starbucks.

The food options are quite horrible there are no real food options.

And the management is extremely RUDE. I was checking to see if they have seats and they wouldn't even let me take a look at seating before ordering and I was accompanied by security. It is insane. I have been to Starbucks in various countries in my life even outside of the US and this is the WORST. They treated my coworkers in the same way.

There is a Joe and the Juice right next to it or a McDonald's down the street just go there, avoid...

I would say that this Starbucks is situated in the good place.BUT it is not very clean.i was there in the morning ,at the beginning of the working day and my boots stuck to the floor!!! So I will make a conclusion that the place was not cleaned before opening.toilets.. was not good too. AND in the beginning of the day -there was no toilet paper in the toilet! What?? Common on! Starbucks is not cheap place ..it’s a place for coffee in the middle price and even more... but why it’s so dirty?! And so words about my Coffee. I payed 5,60 euros for middle coffee.. and what? I was very sugar... very!it was impossible to drink it. And as I took the middle size it was not totally filled. I mean that there was 15% of empty place in the carton cup.. another little detail -but again.. it’s not cheap place to do such unpleasant things with the guests.so,I didn’t advice this place.. it doesn’t cost the money...

I was with a friend during 9th June and food was okay, not the best but acceptable. However the service was awful!! The guy who served me kept talking rudely to me just because I don't speak their language, he also spoke in a way so I had to hurry up and got annoyed when I couldn't understand one sentence. While we were eating a group of 3 people (two women and one man) got near us and tried to take my friend's backpack and also checked out everyone's belongings like they were going to steal something sooner or later. We complained to the guy who was making drinks but he didn't say or do anything. The result was that we had to run away from this Starbucks because this suspicious group kept following us. I'm really disappointed in the staff, they made us feel unwelcomed and unsafe. I give one star just because we got served at least but to be honest I wouldn't return to this place...
