I had a wonderful time here, my waiter spoke English and I loved the outside seating so much I came for lunch twice. This particular restaurant has breakfast right through to dinner. Often in Paris lunch is not served after 3 and dinner starts at 7pm, here you can eat whenever. I thought the prices were really good for Paris~ Good beer selection and the sandwich prices are very reasonable. It’s a great area of Paris with such hustle and bustle and close to shopping so you can go all day! I see some negative reviews about waiters, my suggestion is to practice your French on them and typically I find the waitstaff appreciates this. Use Google translator and try and order something in French, it’s fun and I am always better received when I try first. It’s France, they don’t have to speak English!

There were 10 of us visiting from the US and we were staying a short distance from this restaurant. The first night we went there it was just for drinks outdoors. Staff was attentive and polite. Second night, 6 of us went for dinner. They were very accommodating. Enjoyed the outdoor seating and there were live musicians playing in the courtyard. Atmosphere was very enjoyable.

I don't usually write reviews unless I had a really unpleasant experience and having coffee and crepes at this place was exactly that. Putting aside the fact that it is overpriced, many places in Paris are, the service was absolutely horrible. The waiter asked us to move to a different table, and he did so in a way that was nothing short of rude. He didn't display any shred of hospitality and he had the decency to come TWICE to our table right before we finished our coffee to say that he is going to come later to, believe it or not, collect the tips. I won't talk about how dirty the toilet was. That was a whole different pair of shoes. I regret paying 19 € for two cups of tea and two crepes, and the worst possible service I have...

Food is quite good. Watch out for that skinny old water guy with glasses. Very rude man. My wife tried to order something from the chalk board and he shoved a table menu in her face and told her to order from there. When she tried to lookat the blackboard again he shoved the menu in her face more and very excitedly asserted the same stuff was on the menu! Order from there! Another woman sat down at a table and he ran over to tell her she couldn't. Again he rather excitedly asserted while pointing at the establishment sign that this is a restaurant can't you see? So if you only want coffee you have to sit at the table next door that doesn't have a napkin and silverware already on the...
