Yokorama — Restaurant in Paris

Randomly stumbled upon this place after a long day sightseeing so was feeling a bit of a pick me up. My friend and I were greeted by the wonderful staff and served immediately. The sushi was fresh and delicious - something you need to be careful of eating raw fish. Totally recommend anyone looking for fresh sushi in Paris. Je n’ai pas l’habitude de laisser ce genre de commentaire mais là ce n’était pas possible. Mon restaurant habituel est fermé pour travaux je suis donc allé dans cet établissement. Le premier problème relève est que le saumon était à température ambiante. J’ai pensé que c’était normal à cause du riz chaud souvent dans ces établissements néanmoins je riz était congelé au milieu. Également mensonger sur le produit utilisé; que du gras et le produit était extrêmement « nervuré » ; Immangeable !!! Également un cheveu a été trouvé dans la salade de chou et je n’ai pas fait de « scandale » par respect pour les autres clients mais quand j’en fais la remarque au serveur pas d’excuses; il me rétorque « c’est pas si grave ». C’est vraiment un manque de respect. Établissement visité le samedi 27 septembre 2024 mais réellement si vous avez le choix entre cet établissement et un autre, l’autre est à privilégier je pense !

PS : Même après tant de remarques auprès du serveur aucune remise même minime pour la salade de choux ou le saumon immangeable, c’est vraiment...
