Me and my family booked and paid in advance for the New Year's Eve package. As tourists, we were not aware that we had to head to the location hours prior to the booking because the roads will be blocked. Despite every efforts we couldnt find a way in and had to cancel the booking online.
We came back the next day to ask if we can get a replacement booking instead. Initially, the staff we talked to, mentioned we can get a replacement booking for the package we paid initially. However, once the director/manager came, he was quite rude in pushing us aside and insisting there is nothing he can do. All he wanted was for us to leave and to not make a scene. He even insisted we can't get any booking on the days after, surely there must be an opening in the next 7 days!

Read moreOutstanding Italian Dining Experience in the Heart of Paris Zeffirino, an iconic Italian restaurant established in 1939, has been beautifully renovated and now stands out as one of the top destinations for Italian cuisine in Paris. From start to finish, every dish impressed us. The pasta with lemon pesto was rich and flavorful, the fried shrimp and thinly sliced zucchini were crisp and delicious, and the veal scallopini with lemon and fried potatoes was tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. To finish, the pistachio ice cream was a refreshing and indulgent treat. Our meal was perfectly paired with a bottle of Château d’Esclans French Rosé, which complemented each course beautifully. The service was outstanding — warm, friendly, and highly professional. We will definitely return to Zeffirino and highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates authentic, high-quality Italian cuisine in an elegant...
