I recently dined at this charming establishment, drawn in by its warm ambiance and a delightful homemade menu. I opted for the Roesti Paysan—a mouthwatering blend of sliced potatoes, bacon, cream, smoked ham, emmental, and a perfectly cooked egg. The flavors melded seamlessly, creating a hearty and satisfying dish.
My friend enjoyed the Jarret de Porc braisé, accompanied by Choucroute and steamed potatoes. The braised pork shank was tender, and the sauerkraut added a tangy twist that complemented the dish perfectly.
As for the sides, both the green salad and tomato salad were fresh and crisp, providing a refreshing contrast to the rich main courses. The attention to detail in the presentation was evident, showcasing a commitment to quality.
To accompany our meal, we indulged in the festive beers, and they were indeed a highlight. The unique flavors added a celebratory touch to our dining experience. I highly recommend trying these beers; they're a delightful complement to the already impressive menu.
Overall, the lovely atmosphere, coupled with the delicious homemade offerings and festive beers, made for an enjoyable dining experience. I look forward to returning to explore more of the menu and savoring the welcoming...

I asked for a new one, and there was only one salt packet left in that one. Probably because of how bland everything tasted and everyone needing...

Now, for the real deal – I went for the braised pork shank with sauerkraut, and my friend dug into the roesti paysan. Seriously, that pork was something else! Even my friend, not big on pork, couldn't get enough. Top-notch flavors all around.
Washed it down with the festive beer served in a boot glass – cute and surprisingly refreshing. Total win!
Definitely recommend for a chill evening, great food, and those standout dishes that make you want to come...
