I regret visiting PNY Grand’Rue in Strasbourg. Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. The outside seats are metal hard chairs which are unbelievably uncomfortable. We waited over an hour for our food, and when we inquired about the delay, we were informed that the kitchen had just reopened and started cooking. No such information was provided when we placed our order. When our food finally arrived, it was a letdown. The burger was below average, with fatty chunks and little flavor. The fries tasted like burnt oil and were some of the worst I've ever had in France. To make matters worse, the burger was completely cold. The manager claimed this was due to the avocados, but the entire burger was cold, not just the avocados. The Caesar salad was equally disappointing. It came without dressing, the lettuce had brown spots and was wilting, and the cherry tomatoes were mushy and tasted awful. Despite the manager's excuse that everything is homemade, bad homemade food is still bad food. After a discussion, the manager did remove the salad from our bill, but it didn't make up for the poor quality of the meal. To top it off, we're now all suffering from stomach aches. I strongly regret dining here and cannot recommend this place. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆

Super delicious burgers and fries in the heart of Strasbourg! Cute modern diner theme. Even the outside area was super cute! Appreciated that you could easily pay at your table with card (Apple Pay etc
) and split the bill and appreciated that we got a bottle of cold water for our table (tap water is free in France). Be aware that the portions are a bit small and burgers don’t come with fries, so you’ll need to pay 4€ on top of the burger price for fries and extra for sauces etc
it could add up fast if you’re really hungry. Also felt like our waitress was not attentive and didn’t come to check in very often, it was a lunch rush and they seemed a bit understaffed.

It was a quite satisfying experience we had at PNY GRAND'RUE. We waited for about 10 minutes to take a seat. Our starters were onion rings and truffle fries. I wouldn't say the truffle fries hit the spot for me but the onion rings were quite good. Then came the burgers, so that I understood the very high rates of this place. The Return of the Cowboy burger was simply amazing! From the softness of the bread to the perfectly cooked patty, this burger easily wins its place in my Hall of Fame of Hamburgers :) If you are like me, craving for a true hamburger experience , looking for the burgers just like the ones you had in the USA, then this is the place to come to.

Besides all that, the ambience is pretty neat and simple. The waiters/waitresses were quite friendly, and nice to talk to. Very good job by the whole staff. I would love to visit this place again...

I have discovered the best burgers in town after going around Strasbourg for five years straight and it’s here. After trying multiple items from their menu, from the classics to the veggie burgers, I can say with full confidence that PNY has the best burgers. Also they have an amazing fried chicken that I was not at all expecting. It was juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside - just as fried chicken should be. Their homemade drinks are also very very good. I am a big fan of their homemade sauces as well (especially the spicy ones and the ginger one). The staff has always been very helpful, kind and nice. They look intimidatingly cool but you should give it a try. Also the restaurant looks like a space ship canteen! With their groovy/funky and cool music choices, the ambiance, the great food and drinks PNY Grand Rue is just exceedingly good —...
