Honestly not overly the best experience. Food was alright though nothing overly special. Kind of disappointing really. Especially with how long we waited. At times the music was overly loud, which isn’t a huge deal for some people, but it made conversation difficult. We had to wait about 30 minutes before they even came to greet us, order drinks and food. Then we had to wait 30-45 minutes (maybe even longer) before the drinks came out (it really shouldn’t take that long for a beer, cola, and simple cocktail). The appetizers even came out before the drinks and they weren’t overly great. One was cold (when it should have been warm). Once our food did come out it was also cold and they forgot one dish (which we needed to remind them about multiple times and even then it took them a while to bring it out). There didn’t seem to be much of a service system as tables that came in well after ours would get served first and leave before we even got our drinks or food. Prices seemed quite high for what we got in return. We were there for about two hours (if not longer) and most of the time it was waiting for food and drinks which should have taken no time to make. The place was not busy while we were there. It took 20 minutes for the cheese platter to arrive. After another 40 minutes, our tarte flambée (both) had not yet arrived. We checked in with them to see what was going on, and they told us they were having an issue (which happens, that’s not a problem) in the kitchen and were going to check with the kitchen staff. We would have appreciated being told right away, when the issue happened, than for them to wait and see if we would ask. After checking with the kitchen staff, they told us the food would take less than 5 min. It did arrive within that timeframe, but it was completely undercooked, raw in the middle. We would have rather waited a little longer and have well cooked yummy food. We were not able to finish our dishes (the little we ate upset our stomachs) and they gave us a 20% discount, which we appreciated, but given the waiting time and the quality of the food, we thought it would be fair to remove the tarte flambées altogether. We waited one 1hr 25 mins for our order to arrive when only about one third of seats were occupied by customers and we somehow still managed to be patient because the shortage of staff is real bummer after pandemic and staff were visibly overburdened. However the food on the other hand failed to compensate and it's a big disappointment ! Individual tapas dishes are just not-worth-it and are over pricy for what they are. Especially refrain for small bread bites because although they are cheap (compared to the rest) but they are just soggy mess.

Finally, only love and kudos for the staff who are basically single handedly running this restaurant...
