The food was quite good, but the best part was how much delicious-looking food there was to choose from.

The pizza was delicious. The butternut squash ravioli (with pork) was quite good. The lava cake was OK tasting (I'm sure anyone who's not great at baking would love it, but I think I make a tastier one tbh)... 😅 The red wine was very good and fruity. The freshly made grapefruit juice was also very good, although more than a bit overpriced.

The service was quite good. They served the food quickly, and the servers smiled. But, they did run away with the menus several times, and I had to ask 4 times before getting them back so we could order more.

The atmosphere was incredible. Super cosy and loved the live jazzy, christmas music. It was Georgian New years, so we could go out and see the fireworks properly from the terrace, despite the fact that they didn't serve out on terrace that evening. (It was cold).

The food was a highlight; it was not only delicious and beautifully presented but also generously portioned. I especially appreciated the ample servings, which made for a very satisfying meal.

The atmosphere was also excellent. The indoor design is appealing, and the terrace offers a lovely spot to relax. While the place was a bit crowded, it didn't detract from our ability to converse and enjoy the evening.

The service was exceptional. Your staff members were lovely, attentive, and polite, making every aspect of our visit pleasant. The location is also perfect, being downtown in a central tourist area.

My only minor suggestion would be to pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the silverware. I had to clean and then exchange mine at the bar, but I understand this might have been an isolated incident.

We came to lunch yesterday. Food was excellent but service beyond miserable. Orders came late, and served separately. Drinks did not come. Waiters simply did not care. We came back today (our fault) because the food was really great. After we sat down nobody came to take our order. I spotted two waiters chitchatting so I said to them we were ready to order. One of them looked at me, raised his finger at me and said “one second!” then turned and left. So we got up and left too. On our way out I asked for his name and I was told it was “Micho”. We told the hostess of what happened and she apologized but let us go merrily on our way out.

You can tell waiters simply do not want to work. They are rude and some downright impolite.

There’s a big disconnect between the food served, which is really very good, and the level of service.
