Check-in was a breeze, but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the genuine hospitality and warmth that radiated from the staff…especially one incredibly sweet and thoughtful receptionist (you know who you are 🥹). She was a total gem (and I’m not over exaggerating) she was always smiling, genuinely attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt right at home.||She even offered to take some beautiful photos of me, checked in on me daily to make sure I was enjoying myself, and truly made me feel like more than just a guest. I felt cared for and safe. Thank you for making my time at Alma so memorable ❤️💛you are a star!||To top it all off, on my birthday, the team completely blew me away with a surprise gift and the most touching handwritten note. That gesture was so thoughtful, personal, and deeply appreciated 🥂I’ll never forget it!||The hotel’s location? Perfection. As someone who’s stayed at countless hotels across the world, from major cities to remote escapes, I can confidently say that Alma Hotel delivered one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had.

From the moment I arrived, the check-in was quick and seamless, and I was warmly welcomed by the friendly receptionist, who remained incredibly helpful throughout my stay… even going as far as taking some lovely photos of me. It’s those thoughtful touches that make a hotel stay feel special.

But what truly set Alma apart was what they did on my birthday.To my surprise, they gifted me a thoughtful present and a beautiful handwritten note that was both heartfelt and personal. It honestly made my day and showed just how much they care about their guests.

The hotel itself is perfectly located, central, yet tucked away enough to feel exclusive and serene. The atmosphere, design, and attention to detail are unmatched.

Beautiful, modern but cozy, clean hotel (the building elevator, which is shared with another hotel, works but is a bit shaky, but there are broad staircases, though Alma is on the 4th floor). I had a problem at my apartment and it was 3 in the morning, and this hotel was staffed at that hour and was right across the street - they gave me the choice of 2 rooms at the same price (140 lari - appropriate for the quality of the hotel, and less expensive than comparable hotels in the US). I chose the room with the double bed. The room was both spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy as well, with a rain shower and shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The staff were very kind - I had forgotten my passport, and instead of making me go back to my apartment at that hour, they let me stay and then send a photo of the passport through WhatsApp the next day when I returned to my apartment, which I did. They also told me that normal checkout is 12 noon but since no one else had reserved the room I could stay until 2 in the afternoon (to get enough sleep) - they volunteered this extension, I didn't even have to ask....
