NoBar — Restaurant in Tbilisi

I came here for a hookah and was immediately struck by how overpriced it was, even by Georgian standards. Still, I gave it the benefit of the doubt, hoping the quality would match the price – it didn’t. I specifically asked for a strong shisha, but what I got was extremely weak and stopped working after just 15 minutes.

When I raised this with the staff, they flatly refused to do anything about it and tried to gaslight me by claiming it was “premium tobacco”. It absolutely wasn’t. This place is a rip-off and a scam – you’re essentially paying premium prices for subpar service and poor-quality shisha.

NoBar is an absolute rip-off and should be avoided. The food was subpar at best, lacking any real flavor or quality.

What really blew me away were the ridiculously high prices—they charge as much as you’d expect from a fine dining establishment, yet the food and overall experience were far from it. It’s clear they are targeting tourists because no locals would ever pay these outrageous prices.

To make matters worse, they bring the bill afterward with no warning about the inflated costs and then demand cash payment, making it impossible to get a refund through your credit card.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented.

I would especially like to thank Megros and Rusaa for their outstanding service. They were both very friendly, attentive, and professional. Megros made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal, and Rusaa greeted us with a warm smile and helpful recommendations.
