Entrance & First Impression There was a small misunderstanding at the entrance, but the staff quickly resolved the issue with seating and queue order. Very professional and efficient response.

Hospitality & Service The team showed excellent hospitality and professionalism. Staff were attentive and respectful throughout the visit. Special thanks to Dato for making the experience smooth and pleasant.

Food & Drinks My order was small but memorable: One shot of Rkatsiteli chacha – strong and excellent quality A bottle of Borjomi – classic mineral water, as expected A small Megrelian khachapuri - outstanding! Crispy dough, lots of cheese, juicy and flavorful

Prices Total bill was 22.3 GEL. Very fair for the quality and portion size.

We decided to have a dinner here but it definitely was the worst place we’ve ever been. We were here 28.06 at 22. Firstly, the thin probably 40 y o waiter was so rude from the start, but by the way we decided to order wine and 10 khinkali(5 with mushrooms and 5 with beef). We got wine in 10 minutes, but we had been waiting for our khinkali for almost one our until we decided to exit. We saw 2 companies that came after us and got their khinkali in probably 20-30 minutes(normal time in most places). Maybe because they ordered more khinkali than we did, maybe the waiter liked them more, we will never know. We reminded the waiter and asked about our order and he said “they will be soon” and 20 minutes later “I said soon”. But he said it several times during 50 minutes :) When we decided to go away and pay for the wine only, he said that “I told you it may take a while, they will be soon, do you want to eat or not” and started arguing with us, but all we wanted was just to pay for the wine. Then he said “never come here again”. After this we asked a complaints book and heard a lot from him again, but we didn’t get it. The waiter just said "go away. You will never come here" We do really love Georgia and everything about it, but it was the worst...

I can confirm the poor service from this restaurant. I thought the food would make up for it, but it is not enough to make up for the horrible attitude. There is an old grumpy and rude waiter. I personally observed him turn away 4 clients who were likely tired from all the walking in the city and who wanted to sit first and see the menu. His response was NO, NO, NO. When the client asked why they could not sit and see the menu, he rudely gestured with his hand pointed in each of the client's face, counting 1, 2, 3, 4 against their faces. (I presume that it was because the clients wanted to sit on the table that was for 2 people, hence the counting up to 4. But he should understand that they probably wanted to sit first and see the menu while waiting to be seated in a table for 4. But rightfully, the 4 clients left.) As for me, I wanted to transfer to another table that was more quiet. My first table was quite noisy because it was against their storage area for plates and cutlery and there was a loud noise every time they closed the door of that storage place as well as the loud cackling from the rude old waiter.
