Horrible staff and not good service We visited this place twice. Once was for snacks and the other time was for dinner. For snacks we had the mixed vegetarian pakora. It tasted crisp and nice. We also enjoyed the crispy Mexican potatoes. It accompanied well with the mayonnaise they served. When we asked if we could pay in card they agreed. Pleased with the service I returned once again. Well if there was one word to sum this up it would be MISTAKE. First of all, they say they don’t even accept card anymore. Secondly, the waiter who gave us the permission to use the card in the afternoon was completely avoiding us. Finally, they don’t even entertain or take your order. I would like to point out that this place is horrible and I rather go to the restaurant nearby(the one on the left of this restaurant accepts card and the food is awesome it is called shatre) for...

In holidays in Tbilisi, we went to this restaurant to try iranian food. First, we waited 20 min to have the menu : the waiters, 4 or 5, were discussing doing nothing for the customers ... i had to go to them to obtain their attention. Then, it took about 1h to have three dishes, and they forgot an appetizer ordered with the beers. At the end, the finished plates were not removed and we waited 40min and no waiter came to check if we wanted something else or the bill. We asked for the director, but the waiter did not come back with him, so we looked after him. We negociated to not pay the 20% service tax because it was too bad! A shame, even if the dishes themselves were correct. Avoid this restaurant ... and particularly if you don't...

One of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant visit. Except for the drinks order, nothing arrived properly. Many dishes on the menu were not available, which we were not told until 10 min later after ordering. When one of three dishes finally came, it was apparently the wrong one. After another 15 minutes we received the second order. The third dish was not brought to the table at all. When asked where it was, I was told that I had only ordered one side dish, which was not true and which did not arrive. I pointed to the dish more often when ordering and included the pictures so that it could not be misunderstood. Without what to eat am, I demanded the bill. There was no apology and we were not well taken care...
