First of all, I want to say thanks to the waiter Anri. Amazing service attitude ! Please, give him a bonus ;) Hosting: Phone call: It was quite fine. Polite speech. Was a feeling of empathy which is necessary. Introduced herself. The host on the spot was helpful and followed until I found the table. Was asked about help or for how many pax I wanted a table. Order taking: Waiter just a few minutes which is fine. Haven’t felt a lack of attention. During the order taking my waiter was super polite and helpful. Asked for the risotto from the main as a first dish and salmon sashimi from the starters as a second dish, cappuccino with cinnamon, and a cocktail. Grooming: All staff members have their uniforms. Feedback: No feedback was taken from my table. Unfortunately. Nor drinks nor food. Set-up: Every table has a set-up depending on the restaurant's design. Stylish and popular in Georgia. Using treys when serving the drinks. Nice Tables are cleaned with the special product. Perfect Staff: Positive, reactive, and gracious. Asking for changing the plates and re-filling my glass of water. Order serving: Coffee delivery was on time and hot. I had a risotto first as I ordered. Waited for just 15 minutes and was delicious. As a second dish I had a salmon sashimi which was delivered right after I finished the risotto and the plate was taken. Flavored and nicely smoked with some spice oil on. Yummy The cocktail was perfect. Sweety as I like and smoked. In special rocks. Asked for the bill. The bill was presentable. Average check is 60 Gel for the starter,main and 1 drink. Acceptable

Summary:

Does this place have a potential? – No need to answer to this question. This company has been in Georgia for more than 15 years, they have their standards which are nice and high. Stylish, perfect dinner ambiance and service.

Is the service the same good as the place ? – no doubt, yes.

Objectively:

Hosting – done Order taking – done Order serving – done Taste of food – done Feedback – fail Attention – done Upselling – fail Atmosphere – done Billing - waited for 20 minutes. Fail Just a few moments I want to mention on top of all:

1. sometimes inappropriate trey holding (swinging and playing with on the floor)
2. I lost the attention from the service after the main dish service
3. staff gathering in the middle of the restaurant AKA birja but it is also fine to compare their hard work
4. when serving the dishes some of the service representatives are holding the plates inappropriately way (putting the fingers too deep into the dish)

Subjectively – I’m happy to come back again to Adjara group hotel. Hope, every restaurants and cafes have the same quality of food and service as Rooms Tbilisi. Need just a little bit more attention and...

I've been walking by for over a year and never had the chance to go in. Finally, my boyfriend and I decided to have dinner there.

The interior is very cozy, all the staff with whom we came in contact - amazing! Very nice, smiling people. They spoke to us in English, although our English is very bad. The service is wonderful, I have never seen anything like it in Georgia.

But there are some questions about the dishes: Beef tartar is not tartar, you should warn the guests. It is a mixture of something with something. The meat is ground so that you can't feel it at all and it's not clear what ingredients are here at all.

The burger is tasty, nice bun, good patty (even asked what kind of frying we prefer), but the lack of gloves for the burger is terrible. It's unclear how one is supposed to eat such a tall burger neatly in a restaurant. I had to eat with a fork and knife, which is strange in itself.

Risotto with mushrooms. Regular risotto. It's not bad, but it's not outstanding. It is not clear why there is truffle there - it is absolutely tasteless and without any flavor. Too bad.

We ate everything, as we were very hungry, but we probably won't come again. Maybe we will come in the evening for cocktails, if this place works...
