Staff will name call you here for their shortcomings
According to some of the staff, if their machines don't work as expected, it's the customer's fault and they should not be using them. I was outright been called an idiot for not knowing what OHNE means, although I picked the English language when setting my order.
A mix of partial translation from their machine and a very misleading UI (where you can add endless amounts of "OHNE" tomatoes and lettuces) resulted in the Frankenstein burger I received.
The staff was very reluctant to do anything and just blamed me and kept escalating the situation instead of resolving the matter. Eventually some guy offered a free ice cream to somehow compensate for the mishappening. However I feel like I was robbed by €15 for what I got.
I also emailed the German branch of Burger King about the incident and received zero response. Clearly they don't care - so better go to McDonalds nearby who have been...

Scoffingly they advised me to go to McDonald's if I want a burger without a bun! What McDonald's does when you want a burger without a bun is to just tell the kitchen after the order! How difficult can it be to tell the guy in the kitchen to prepare it without bread especially when the restaurant was completely empty and there were no orders in the queue? I see this branch as a disgrace to BurgerKing's brand identity: They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction at all and they even send away their customers to their top competitor! I already made a report to BurgerKing about this branch. I can only advise to stay away from this branch until someone from the top management takes care of restructuring...
Read moreThe worst customer service. You know, Burger King is a large international company. I ordered a take-out burger and fries and the burger wasn’t the one which I have ordered. And of course, it is 2€ cheaper. I went to Burger King back, and complained it. The casher said, they don’t have any CASH?! to refund. (Haha…, believe it or not) also they said additionally, I need to contact their customer service on their website. Yeah, it was just 2€, but I wrote them anyway cause of their unbelievable customer service and the refund policy. Burger King never contacts me back.
