On a Thursday evening in January, a colleague and I walked into this restaurant for a quick dinner, as we had to be at another venue in an hour. The restaurant's interior feels like a step back in time, creating a relaxing atmosphere. "Tijd heeft stilgestaan" (time has stood still)—perhaps not the ideal setting for a rushed meal.

A friendly lady helped us with the menu and provided explanations. The house wine was excellent, and the Pinsa we chose was absolutely delicious. It resembles a pizza but with a distinctly different dough or crust that was simply divine.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely return, but next time, with more time to truly savor...

RECOMMENDED RECOMMENDED I would actually give this lovely restaurant a solid 4.5 stars. The restaurant focuses a lot on the ambiance, there will be a 70s American vibe if y’all ever visit the restaurant. The waitress (restaurant owner) is very nice and patient, she did what I expected, nothing more and nothing less, during my visit. This was a very pleasant experience....
