We visited with Neo Taste for the first time to take advantage of their buy-one-get-one-free offer, and it was an amazing experience! Even though we arrived just 20 minutes before closing, the lady working there took her time with us and didn’t rush at all. She explained the different flavors and even suggested we try them first to find the one we liked best. Honestly, these are the best bobas I've ever had!

I highly recommend the roasted oolong tea if you enjoy more subtle, less sweet flavors. The matcha latte was also excellent—much better than what you usually find at other boba spots. Since good matcha lattes are hard to come by in Germany, I was really surprised.

It's my Düsseldorf gem. Everytime I go to Düsseldorf I have to pay the store visit. They have tea options that are normally only available in Asia, so that's the huge plus. My most favorite is the Gardenia milk tea. Drinking this tea is like drinking flowers. So please give it a try. The only down side is the service quality: It is not consistent. Sometimes the staff is friendly, sometimes the staff is angry with something, sometimes they don't know which promotion is available on Instagram, or sometimes some staff can't even speak German or English. I understand for a small vendor, it might be tricky to manage that. So it's just something to work on if the owner wants to grow in the long term. Very positive experience, the interiors are breathtaking and the variety is insane!!! I loved the bubbles, perfectly soft, exactly my taste. Very sad that there's not a parking space nearby, but otherwise I'm thrilled.

edit: have been here many times. bubbles have been changed, milk sometimes tastes sour and the flavor of the drink depends on the employee, it varies a lot. one time, the drink was not prepared like I ordered it, and instead of preparing a new one (like they do in many other places), some contents were just taken out and given to me (without using gloves).
