Avoid this place and read the other reviews for reasons why. The man serving my family gelato was very nice (+1 star), even if we didn't know much German. The waitress with nothing to do sneezed around my gelato as I paying for it. We found a table on the outside edge to enjoy the gelato and began looking at the menu for our next visit. The desserts in it looked amazing. The same waitress made it a point to walk over, take the menu from our hands, and tell us that we said "take out". She echoed the many bullies you see on American movies who carry the sentiment of "we don't serve your kind here." Seriously, children + wife are enjoying gelato and looking at a menu in a very empty restaurant... We would have been done in 5 minutes... And the waitress made it a priority to make it clear that we didn't belong at the table --- the same person who sneezed around my gelato. unfriendly service and racist towards customers. if it takes so much effort to work, she'd better stay at home. We sat on the table with a group and my children just wanted to eat ice cream. And not from the menu! They were not allowed to sit at the table with us. The waiter sad to us, The kids had to leave right away because it was take away! While we had ordered the from the menu! Later we just saw a couple and they ordered takeaway ice cream and they could just sit at the table and NOTHING was said! RIDICULOUS! I would like to know what makes the difference between us and the German guests? Because they do not order from the menu? The ice cream is ok but there are better and nice places where they serve better ice cream. at least don't get a sour face in front of you! Never again and would NOT recommend people...

The waiter was terrible in his service and for a 24.80 euro bill when we put 25 euro he complained loudly that we did not tip him even through we wanted to leave something behind before we leave the place. So we decided not to leave anything extra other than the change of 0.20 euro. He actually has the audacity to come to us after that with the 0.20 euro to return to us and confront us that the 0.20 euro is not a tip at all to him. Luckily another female service staff came to stop him to prevent a further escalation of event. We pass what we wanted to leave behind to the female service staff instead.
