Brammibal's Donuts — Restaurant in Hamburg

Having been a regular at Brammibal’s locations in Berlin, I was excited to try their Hamburg store at Jungfernstieg during my first visit. The venue itself is quite appealing, featuring large windows that brighten up the space beautifully. The service was satisfactory, and the donuts lived up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from Brammibal’s—delicious and consistently good.

However, the cleanliness of the place left something to be desired. Upon our visit, there was only one staff member on duty who was managing everything from service to cleaning. This led to a bit of an inconvenience, as we found ourselves sitting in an area that hadn’t been properly cleaned up. It’s understandable that managing a busy store single-handedly is challenging, yet the cleanliness aspect did impact the overall experience.

Despite this, the quality of the donuts remained a highlight, reaffirming my appreciation for Brammibal’s offerings. I hope that future visits will see improvements in staffing or cleanliness protocols, as this would make the experience...

Great place that needs more seats...The selection of vegan donuts is lovely and the maple pecan donut is moreish. They only have vegan milk for the coffee and you can only pay by card. My cappucino was forgotten at first but brought to me, once I reminded them. The staff in general seems warm and friendly (especially the man with the glasses and the woman who made the coffee 🙃 sorry I don't know your names). There's a cute donut neon and the marble table top works well for food related photography, though in daylight it works better (as where I was seated, I was casting shadows onto my plate and had...

Strawberry Cream Cake is really yummy! The staff answered my questions in detail and their flavor recommendations were always on point! 💖😌🙂‍↕️ I took away some donuts, but the cream melted in the hot weather but still tasty btw😋 And the rose latte I had here looks really pretty! It tasted like strawberry milk with a hint of rose. The Star Wars Chewie donuts on May 4th were also super delicious! Although I'll have to wait until next year for this donut🥲 I'm looking forward to trying a similarly delicious chocolate coconut donut next...
