The waiter took our order incorrectly, although we repeated it more often. When the wrong order came and we made the waiter aware of it, there wasn't even an excuse. On top we were also expelled from our table because we "only" drank something and didn't want to eat. The coffee and cocktails we ordered were also very modest for the price. We didn't open the water bottle, which was automatically brought to the table, because we didn't want water. During the billing, it was not even checked or checked whether the bottle was opened, the water bottle was simply included in the invoice without looking. This is not about the 2€ of the water bottle, but simply about the principle that the staff has to control this and not simply charge things that have not been consumed. After we made the waiter aware of it, we were simply rejected because it was "already paid"! If you are at least accommodated after the mistakes of the staff, that you can keep the table, for example, then it would be ok. But since that was not even possible, it is unfortunately not worth more than 1 star...

We went to this place Saturday night. We had some difficulty finding a table because of the popularity of the area. The staff was very helpful although they don’t respond immediately. always we had to ask twice for everything because the staff was running all the time trying to serve everyone. But considering the popularity of the place and the area around it , it was natural. The food came really REALLY late , and we had to ask about our order a second time after a long waiting. But as soon as the food came it was fresh , amazingly cooked and big portions equal of the price. The live music was perfect, the location of the place especially at night makes it one of the best places to visit for lunch or dinner.. I totally recommend this place for the amazing food , reasonable prices, the amazing location day and night.. just be a little patient with the staff and your order because they handle a great number of people due to the popularity of the place. And after visiting the place , I realised why.. Do yourself a favour and visit this place and create an...

This place was so delicious we came here twice on our trip. I would recommend the olive appetizer to start. They were the most delicious I've had in my entire life, usually they're incredibly salty or bitter where I come from, but here they were super savory and soft. Their fava and spiced feta was also delicious, and I would recommend ordering their pita bread on the side for an extra punch of flavor. We ordered their entire section of traditional dishes (it was our last night there and we had to leave with a taste of Greece 😆) and they were delicious. They came out fairly quickly and had lots of flavor. The service was alright, and the waiters were kind. But the shining star of the entire visit was their Inomelo wine! This restaurant must have their own homemade recipe, because out of all the other Greecian restaurants we tried, their wine was the sweetest 😋 I would come back here for sure. It's located nearly right next to the Acropolis, so I'd recommend eating on their rooftop section for a glorious...

March 15, 2019 - We stumbled across this restaurant in the Plaka up a few steps. A wonderful cozy setting. It was a bit chilly so we decided to eat inside near the real wood fireplace, just classic! The food was great! We had a grilled whole fish that was flaky and tender and grilled octopus. The meals here can be purchased for 2, 3, 4 or 5 people. We also ordered a deal for 2 people (maybe it was for3?). That meal for two came with grilled lamb, chicken , pork, sausage. It was a lot and we did not eat everything. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Sodas and beer can really increase the bill, but a nice beer with this meal was well worth it. There was plenty of food and we were all stuffed when we left. The total bill was 75 euros (about $80) plus add a 10% tip. The waiter was great and his brother in Chicago . It is worth the effort to find this place!!!

Great atmosphere (live music on the ground floor most nights and Acropolis view on the rooftop during summer). Good service (English menu & waiters). Some food items are just okay, others are amazing. Order the grilled pork sausages (€10) and mousaka (€11 minced veal m with béchamel sauce—very traditional). For dessert, you MUST try the 🍊orange cake + also the custard cake galaktoburiko—both very traditional and refreshing! ❌ Skip the zucchini balls (they are very watery) and also skip the eggplant rolls (mostly fried breading). Pastitsio is just okay. 🍷 Sangria is very good (red €5.5 for a glass or €11.5 for a jug). House white wine is good (€8 for 500ml jug). ♿️not an accessible street for wheelchairs or persons with difficulty with stairs. The music can be loud (depending on where you sit). Lighting is good.
